当前,煤矿综采工作面采煤设备逐渐趋向于自动化、智能化和无人化,但为综采工作面提供动力的移动变电站、泵站等重型设备,仍大量采用有轨绞车钢丝绳牵引方式运输,存在运输效率低、劳动强度大,易掉道、跑车等安全隐患,上述问题制约综采工作面增产扩能和安全高效开采。针对以上情况,本论文提出了一种自移式重型设备列车的研究和应用方案,实现了综采工作面主运输巷重型设备的安全高效自移,解决了综采工作面回柱绞车牵引设备列车所存在的运输隐患和短板。 本文在对有轨和无轨设备列车的应用现状分析的基础上,结合大柳塔煤矿12316工作面地质条件和巷道实际情况,提出本文研究路线、目的以及内容。并且对迈步自移式重型设备列车的结构设计与工作原理进行了阐述,并对设备列车液压系统进行设计及计算。通过SolidWorks软件建立了自移式设备列车的三维模型,并对关键结构进行强度分析。对该研究结果进行了工业性试验,验证了综采面运顺设备列车自动化自移技术的可行性,并在神东煤炭集团所属矿井进行了推广应用,应用结果表明,与传统方式相比,拉设移变用工人数减少8人,回采工效平均提高了11.92%,材料和配件消耗分别降幅33.33%和16.67%,综合经济效益达到1208万,试验结果表明该设备列车结构设计是合理可靠的。 |

At present, the mining equipment in the fully mechanized coal mining face tends to be automatic, intelligent and unmanned. However, the mobile substation, pump station and other equipment that provide power for the fully mechanized coal mining face still use a large number of rail winch wire rope traction mode for transportation, which has the potential safety problems of low transportation efficiency, high labor intensity, easy to fall off, sports car and so on. The above problems restrict the production and capacity expansion of the fully mechanized coal mining face Safe and efficient mining. In view of the above situation, this paper puts forward a technical scheme of self-moving heavy equipment train, which realizes the safe and efficient self-moving of heavy equipment in the main transportation lane of fully mechanized mining face, and solves the hidden dangers and short boards of transportation existing in the traction equipment train of the back column winch in fully mechanized mining face. Based on the analysis of the application status of trackless and trackless trains, combined with the geological conditions of 12316 working face and the actual conditions of roadway in daliuta coal mine, the research purpose, content and route of this paper are put forward. The working principle and structural design of the self-moving train are described in detail, and the hydraulic system of the train is designed and calculated. The SolidWorks software was used to build the 3d model of the self-moving equipment train and analyze the strength of the key structures. To the industrial test, the results of the study to verify the mining ship along the train move since the technical feasibility of automation equipment,It has been applied in the mines of Shendong coal group, The application results show that compared with the traditional way, the number of workers is reduced by 8, the work efficiency is increased by 11.92% on average, the consumption of materials and accessories is reduced by 33.33% and 16.67% respectively, and the comprehensive economic benefit is 12.08 million. The test results show that the train structure design of the equipment is reasonable and reliable. |
