随着互联网+时代的出现,媒介对社会的覆盖面越来越大,特别是以互联网、手机、微博、微信为标志的新媒体的快速发展以及在大学生中的普及,对大学生的价值观形成产生了重要的影响。一方面,初出茅庐的大学生他们涉世未深,新媒体的便捷服务让他们更好的了解和认识社会,从而帮助他们实现人生的社会价值,另一方面也对他们适应新媒体环境的能力和自身的综合素质提出了更新、更高的要求。当前我国高校大学生媒介素养状况令人堪忧,不少大学生在面对如潮水般汹涌的信息海洋时感到无所适从,而高校媒介素养教育发展却相对滞后,不利于学生的全面发展。在《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010—2020年)》中明确指出了教育对于提高国民素质、促进人全面发展的重要性。在党的“十八大”报告中,也多次提到要促进人的全面发展。习近平总书记高度重视网络安全工作,强调要培育“中国好网民”。媒介素养教育是培养有道德、高素质、具备创新思维和能力人才的重要途径和方法,能够及时、准确、全面地让大学生认识社会、明辨是非,帮助他们更好、更快地完善自己、提升自己。因此,在新媒体环境下进一步研究大学生媒介素养教育的问题十分必要和迫切。
本文主要通过文献法、问卷调查法、比较法展开分析研究。运用文献法对国内外先进的文献资料做了详细的理论梳理。运用抽样调查法对西安建筑科技大学、西安科技大学、西北政法大学、西安交通大学、西北大学1500名学生进行了问卷调查,结果显示新媒体环境下大学生媒介素养教育问题主要有以下几点:教育理念与新媒体的发展不相适应;高校媒介素养教育资源缺乏;学生主体地位缺失;运用新媒体进行教育的自觉性不强;新媒体环境下教育的合力作用发挥不够。针对以上问题进行原因分析,可以归结为以下几个方面:一是媒介素养教育理论研究薄弱,二是高校对媒介素养教育重视不够,三是教育形式缺乏平等性,四是功利主义的价值取向,五是评价机制不健全。综合上述理论分析和实际工作研究,本文在分析国外媒介素养教育发展经验的基础上,结合当前我国的具体国情提出了新媒体环境下大学生媒介素养教育措施:创新理念,增强媒介素养教育实效性;加大高校实施力度;优化教育过程,构建学生主体地位;充分利用新媒体资源做好宣传教育工作;形成家庭、社会与学校携手育人的强大合力。

With the advent of the era of Internet plus, media coverage of the society more and more, especially on the Internet, mobile phone, micro-blog, WeChat as a symbol of the rapid development of new media and popularity among college students, have had an important influence on college students' concept of value. On one side, the fledgling college students are inexperienced, new media and convenient service make them better knowing and understanding the community, to help them realize the social value of life, on the other hand, the comprehensive abilities of the new media environment and its proposed update to adapt to their higher requirements. The current situation of media literacy of college students in China is worrying, many college students in the Face like tide billowy ocean of information feel at a loss, but the development of media literacy education has lagged behind, is not conducive to the students' all-round development. In the opening of national long term educational reform and development plan (2010 - 2020) pointed out clearly in the education to improve the people's quality, the importance of promoting the people's all-round development. In The 18th National Congress, also mentioned several times to promote people's all-round development. General Secretary Xi Jinping attaches great importance to the network security, stressed to cultivate "good Chinese netizens ". Media literacy education is an important way and method to cultivate people with moral, high qualities and innovative thinking and ability, let students know society and distinguish between truth and falsehood timely, accurately and completely, help them better and faster to improve themselves and enhance themselves. Therefore, under the new media environment, further research on media literacy education to college students is very necessary and urgent.
This paper mainly used the literature, questionnaire survey and comparative law to analysis and research. Use of literature to advanced literature theories in detail. Adopting of Xi'an University of architecture and technology, Xi'an University of science and technology, Northwest University of political science and law, Xi'an Jiaotong University, Northwest University of 1500 students, conduct the questionnaire survey, the results show that the media literacy education of college students under the new media environment mainly has the following: education idea is not suitable for the development of new media; lack of media literacy education resources in colleges; lack of the students 'subjective position; the consciousness of using the new media to educate is not strong; the joint function of education in the new media environment is not enough. For the above problem root cause analysis, can be summed up as follows: one is the weak theoretical research on media literacy education, and second, colleges and universities do not pay enough attention to the media literacy education, three is the lack of equality in the form of education, four is the value orientation of utilitarianism, five is the evaluation mechanism is not perfect. According to the above theoretical analysis and practical research, this paper based on the analysis of the development experience of foreign media literacy education and the condition of our country to put forward the measures of media literacy education for college students under the new media environment: renew educational theoretical concepts; enhance the media literacy education effectiveness; increase the intensity of media literacy education in colleges and universities; optimizing the process of education, construction of students 'subjective position; make full use of the new media resources; families, society and schools should try to form educational join force together.
