随着计算机、通信以及信息技术的发展，整个社会数字化、信息化进程大大加快，各行各业在数据应用建设上产生了巨大的变革。在此环境下，高等教育无论是在教育环境、教育模式还是教育理念、教育目标上都受到了巨大冲击。高等教育代表着一个国家的教育发展水平，为应对新变革带来的冲击，各高校皆以积极的态度投入到校园数字化建设中去。目前，西安科技大学各业务部门已相继建立了多个业务管理系统，然而由于各业务系统建立于不同阶段，系统的设计方式、整体架构和数据库各不相同，数据种类与数据结构存在差异，编码标准与数据接口不统一，系统间数据交换性差，导致系统呈现封闭性，数据利用率低，满足不了管理、决策以及服务各级用户的要求。本文通过对校园共享数据中心的建设，形成了解决校园数据共享问题的有效解决方案，提高了校园数据的利用与管理效率。 本文对西安科技大学各部门业务系统进行了调研分析，总结了学校存在的主要问题并明确了具体业务需求，提出了建设校园共享数据中心的解决方案。首先，对构建共享数据中心所必需的信息标准进行分析规划，研究并制定出学校数据编码标准；其次，对校园业务数据的产生与使用部门进行分析，基于数据融合建立中心数据库；第三，对业务系统与共享数据中心之间的数据交换问题进行了详细分析，解决了现有或新开发业务系统系统与共享数据中心之间的数据融合和数据订阅问题，具体实现了图书借阅系统与共享数据中心的数据融合；最后，通过实现业务系统对共享数据中心的数据订阅功能，以及在共享数据中心的基础上进行OLAP操作实现综合校情分析功能，从实际场景对共享数据中心解决校园数据管理问题的应用效果进行了阐述与验证。

With the development of computer, communication and information technology, digitization and informatization of whole society have sped up, and great changes had taken place in the construction of data application in all professions and trades. In this environment, higher education, no matter in education environment, education model, education concept or education goals, has been a huge impact. Higher education represents the educational development level of a country, to respond to the impact brought by new changes, colleges and universities are in a positive attitude to devote to the large-scale construction of digital campus. At present, the business sector of Xi'an University of Science and Technology has successively established multiple business management system. But the business systems were set up in different time. The development method, the whole framework and the database were different, as well as the kind, structure and storage method of data. The data coding, standards, and interface were not coincident. The data relevance between business systems is not strong. All of those results in the close of the system, the difficult of the comprehensive utilization of information resources, not completely satisfaction of decision-making, management and service users at all levels. Based on the above situation, this paper, through the construction of the campus shared data center, formatted an effective solution to solve the problem of data sharing in campus, improve the campus data utilization and management efficiency. This paper made an investigation and analysis on the different departments of Xi'an University of Science and Technology summarized the main problems and clear the specific business needs, put forward the solution of data center construction of a shared Campus. Firstly, it analyzed and programmed the unified data standard which necessary for the construction of campus shared data center, researched and established the campus digitization uniform standard. Secondly, analyzed the production and use of the campus business data, construct center database according to data fusion theory. Thirdly, it analyzed the problems about data exchange between business systems and share data center in detail, and solved the problems about data fusion and data subscription between existed or new developed business systems and shared data center. Finally, by implemented data subscriptions of business systems to shared data center’, as well as operated the OLAP operations to achieve a comprehensive school situation analysis based on a shared data center, to described and validated the practical application effect of share data center solving problems about efficient management of campus data.
