随着我国现代化建设的发展和电力工业科学技术的进步,电力电缆在电力系统中的
使用越来越广泛。当电缆发生故障时,如果不能及时监测和诊断电缆故障将会造成巨大
的经济损失。因此,本文在实验的基础上,深入研究电缆故障信号的特点,利用虚拟仪
器技术开发平台Lab VIEW 软件,开发了一种具有通用性和扩展性的电缆故障监测与分
析系统。
首先,论文总结了电缆故障的产生原因和种类,分析了电缆故障信号产生的原因和
特点。设计了电缆数据监测与故障分析系统的结构,论述了系统设计采用的数据采集、
分析、管理和网络通信等技术。此外,本文将小波变换引入到电缆故障信号的分析中,
通过仿真和实验实现对故障信号的去噪、趋势检测和奇异点检测,并利用自相关分析实
现带噪信号中电缆正常信号的检测以计算电缆信号的技术参数,为系统开发工作提供了
理论支撑。
其次,论文完成了电缆故障监测系统的软硬件设计,在传感器、数据采集卡、信号
调理电路等硬件资源的基础上,设计和开发了基于虚拟仪器技术的电缆数据监测与故障
分析软件,实现电缆故障信号的采集、分析、显示、传输、控制和故障报警等功能。于
此同时,论文采用SQL Server2000 作为数据平台,结合虚拟仪器开发技术,研究和设计
了电缆故障信号的数据库测试平台,实现了数据的插入、查询、删除、更新和报表生成等功能。
为使系统适用于局域网的基于C/S 模式的分布式监控系统,分析了多种数据传输技
术,最终实现了信号的远程传输功能,为系统数据可靠传输打下坚实基础。
最后,设计和优化了电缆故障的实验电路,对电缆故障监测系统进行了测试与验证。
实验证明,该系统可以稳定、快速地运行,基本满足了电缆故障信号监测与分析的要求,
为系统进一步扩展提供了广阔的思路。

With the development of our country's modernization and the progress of science and
technology of the power industry, power cables are getting more and more widely used in the
power system. It will result in having huge economic losses and affecting people’s lives if not
quickly and timely monitoring and diagnosing of cable fault when it comes to failure. So, this
thesis which has a deep study on the characteristics of the cable fault signal, based on the
experiment and making use of Virtual Instruments Lab VIEW software development platform,
has developed a system with Universality and Scalability which can monitor the condition of
the cable and analysis the fault.
Firstly, this thesis summarizes the types and the causes of cable fault and analyzes the
generation principle and characteristics of the cable fault signal. Then it introduces the
structure of the system in detail and described the technologies of data collection、analysis、
management and network communication which included in the system design. Besides, it
introduces the wavelet transform to the analysis of the signal cable fault, which brings about
the fault signal diagnosing、the trend test and the singular point detection by experiment and
simulation. What is more, in order to get the technical parameters of the cable signal, it makes
use of the autocorrelation analysis to detect the cable normal signal from the signal with a lot
of noise, which provides a theoretical support for system development work.
Secondly, this thesis completes the design of the software and hardware of the cable faultmonitoring system and develops the software of the cable data monitoring and fault analysis
based on the technology of the virtual instrument with the applying of the resource of the
sensor, data acquisition card, signal conditioning circuits and so on, which makes the system
can collect and process the cable fault signals. Meanwhile, it develops the database test
platform of the cable fault signal, using the SQL Server2000 as the platform, which has thefunctionality of data insertion, inquiry as well as deleting, updating and report generation.
The distributed monitoring system is applicable to the LAN which is based on the C/S
structure, so this paper have a research on the technology of many kinds of data transmission,
which lay a solid foundation for reliable data transmission of the system.
Finally, the cable fault test circuits are designed and improved, and are connected to data
collection and transmission system of cable fault monitoring. Experiments show that the
system operations are reliable and continuous. Data collection and transmission basically
meet the requirements. The system provides a great amount of data for the further
extensibility of the system.
