瓦斯爆炸事故是煤矿最为严重的灾害之一,每次瓦斯爆炸事故发生前,都会出现诸多没有造成严重后果的小事件,这些小事件被称为煤矿瓦斯爆炸险兆事件。因此,加强对险兆事件的干预研究,就会将事故消灭于萌芽状态,这对于防治煤矿瓦斯爆炸事故具有重要意义。 本研究首先在瓦斯爆炸险兆事件理论概述的基础上,提出煤矿瓦斯爆炸险兆事件的定义。并据此通过文献综述与现场访谈,从瓦斯爆炸的三个条件入手,初步提出22个煤矿瓦斯爆炸险兆事件的影响因素;其次通过问卷调查对所提取的影响因素进行实证,采用SPSS19.0对回收的问卷进行项目分析与探索性因子分析,提取出4个公因子与21个子因子,形成煤矿瓦斯爆炸险兆事件的致因因素。运用逻辑推理的方法从致因因素中提取干预对策,并对干预对策的影响关系进行分析,形成干预系统。依据提出的干预系统从个体行为安全、系统设备安全、环境条件安全、组织管理安全四个方面构建了煤矿瓦斯爆炸险兆事件SD组合干预模型,对组合干预模型中的回路进行了分析,提取了组合干预对策;最后运用系统动力学的方法对组合干预SD模型进行了仿真模拟,并对组合干预对策的干预效果进行了对比分析,发现组合干预对策有效,并且不同的组合干预对策干预效果不同。在此基础上,设计了组合干预对策实施流程及方案。 本研究针对煤矿瓦斯爆炸险兆事件,对其组合干预对策进行研究,从而将事故的预控转化为险兆事件的预控,有利于事故预防关口前移。险兆事件的组合干预将会有效控制煤矿瓦斯爆炸事故的发生,为提高煤矿安全管理水平提供借鉴和参考。

Gas explosion is one of the most serious accidents in coal mine, many small accident which didn’t cause serious consequences will be appeare before each gas explosion, these small accident are known as near-miss in coal mine gas explosion.Therefore, to strengthen the intervention of the study of near-miss will be eliminate before the accident happened, which for the prevention of coal mine gas explosion have great significance. Firstly, the definition of near-miss in coal mine gas explosion have been put forward based on the theory summary. Starting from the three conditions of gas explosion, 22 influencing factors of the near-miss in coal mine were explored through literature review and field interview. Secondly, 4 common factor and 21 factors were extracted by questionnaire. The intervention measures were extracted to use the method of logical reasoning, and analyzes the influence relationship of the intervention measures to form the intervention system. According to the intervention system, the SD combined intervention model of near- miss of coal mine gas explosion were constructed from the safety of the individual, the safety of the system equipment, the safety of the environmental conditions, the safety of the organization and management. Finally, the simulation model of the combined intervention SD model is simulated by using the system dynamics method. Combined intervention intervention measures were compared and analyzed, found that the combination of intervention measures are effective, and different combinations of intervention strategies to interfere with different effects. On this basis, the implementation process and scheme of the combined intervention strategy are designed. The combination of intervention measures were studied about near-miss of coal mine gas explosion, so that the accident control into the near-miss pre-control ,which Benefit from accident prevention. The combination of the near-miss will effectively control the occurrence of coal mine gas explosion, which provides reference in order to improve the level of coal mine safety management.
