人才培养是高校的首要职能,培养质量是当今高等教育自身发展及满足社会需要的根本诉求。一个国家的竞争力更多地表现为高素质人才和先进科学技术的拥有量,更多地依赖于知识与技术的进步及制度的创新。随着社会的不断发展,随着党和国家全面建成小康社会目标的日益明晰,当前我国高等教育人才培养质量,与学生自身对未来的期望不相符,与国家要求和社会期盼还有较大的差距,与高等教育的蓬勃发展也不相称。
因此,提高人才培养质量成为我国当前以及今后一个时期高等教育改革和发展的主要努力方向。本研究以地方高校本科人才培养质量影响因素为研究对象,综合运用文献分析、比较分析、个案分析的方法,对我国高等教育人才培养质量现状进行了调查研究,并对结果进行了深入分析,结合A大学实际情况,提出了有针对性的对策建议。
本文首先从理论上对高等教育人才培养质量的概念进行了深入的探究,并在概念界定的基础上对现阶段地方高校本科人才培养现状及问题进行了调查研究,以地方高校A大学为例分别从学生、教师、外界因素、学校环境等方面对人才培养质量进行解析,分析影响人才培养质量的相关因素,从相关因素出发提出人才培养质量提升对策,着重解决高等教育的办学思路功利化、专业设置同质化、管理方式行政化等问题,为地方高校本科人才培养质量的提升提供意见和建议。

Personnel training is the primary function of universities, training quality of higher education in today's self-development and to meet the social needs of the fundamental aspirations. A country's competitiveness showed more ownership of high-quality personnel and advanced science and technology, more dependent on knowledge and innovation and technological progress and the system. With the continuous development of society, with the completion of the party and state comprehensive well-off society increasingly clear objectives, personnel training and the quality of our higher education, and students' expectations for the future do not match the current, with the national requirements and social expectations there is a large the gap with the vigorous development of higher education do not match.
Therefore, improving the quality of personnel training and the future become the main direction for a period of higher education reform and development in China. From the current situation and problems of personnel training, taking the local A Case Study of the University College respectively in terms of students, teachers, external factors, the school environment for personnel training quality analysis, analysis of relevant factors affecting the training quality personnel, starting from the factors put forward talent quality promotion Measures, focus on solving the educational ideas of utilitarian education, professional settings homogenization, management and other administrative problems, advise and make recommendations to enhance the quality of undergraduate talent cultivation in local Universities.
