摘要
制动系统是机车关键的构成部分,也是保障安全行车不可或缺的装置,原有的电力机车大都安装了DK-1型电空制动系统,因其不具备无线重联功能,使得重联牵引列车的各台机车难以保证同时对列车进行制动控制,所以,列车发生断钩事故的几率增大,因此,我国近些年研发的和谐型大功率交流电力机车均采用了新一代电空制动系统以满足干线客货运电力机车对于制动系统性能的需要。但采用真车进行制动系统教学和培训不太现实,而多媒体又缺乏真实感,不能直接接触和操纵,满足不了教学的需要,因此,基于新一代电空制动系统,研究设计一套半物理仿真的电力机车制动系统实训装置,用于院校的实践教学和职工培训是一种可行的解决方案。
本文选择我国HXD3型电力机车安装的制动系统作为参考来进行实训装置的研究设计,从电力机车制动系统实训装置的基本功能需求出发,分析了实训装置的工作原理,设计出了由教学辅助模块、制动系统仿真模块和网络通信模块三大部分组成的电力机车制动系统实训装置,按照制动功能需求并根据模块功能进一步对制动系统仿真模块进行了研究设计,包括制动显示屏LCDM、电空控制单元 EPCU、制动微处理器 IPM、电子制动阀EBV和接口模块RIM等主要部件,对电空控制单元中的均衡风缸控制模块、单独控制模块、重联控制模块、单缓控制模块、列车制动管控制模块、机车制动缸控制模块和备用模块共七个子模块进行了详细设计,分析设计了实训装置本务工况和备用工况下电空控制单元的功能和逻辑控制需求,并对电空控制单元的逻辑控制进行了硬件和软件方面的分析设计。最后,在电力机车制动系统实训装置实现的基础上,通过试验的方式对其基本功能进行了验证。

ABSTRACT
The braking system is the key component of the locomotive and the indispensable device for the safety driving. The original electric locomotive has installed the DK-1 electric air braking system, because it does not have the wireless reconnection function, which makes it difficult to guarantee the braking control of the trains on the train. Therefore, the frequency of the train breaking hook accident increases. Therefore, in recent years, the high power harmony electric locomotive developed in China has adopted a new generation of electric air braking system to meet the needs of the braking system performance of the main passenger and freight electric locomotive. However, the teaching and training of the braking system in the real locomotive is not very realistic, and the multimedia lacks the sense of reality, which can not be directly exposed and controlled. Therefore, based on the new generation of electro-pneumatic braking system, a semi-physical simulation system training device for electric locomotive braking system is designed , which is a feasible solution for the practical teaching and staff training of universities.
This thesis selected the braking system installed by HXD3 electric locomotive in China as the reference to carry out the research and design of the practical training device, analyzes the working principle of the practical training device from the electric locomotive braking system, and designs the practical training device of electric locomotive braking system composed of three parts, including the teaching auxiliary module, the braking system simulation module and the network communication module. According to the requirements of the braking function, the simulation module of the braking system is designed according to the function of the brake, including the locomotive display module (LCDM), the electro-pneumatic control unit (EPCU), the intergrated processor module (IPM) , the electronic brake valve (EBV) and the relay interface module (RIM), and the seven sub-modules of the control module, the individual control module,the equalizing air cylinder control module,the reconnect control module, the single slow control module,the train brake pipe control module,the locomotive brake cylinder control module and the standby module are designed in detail, the function and logic control requirements of the power and air control unit in the working conditions and the standby mode are analyzed and designed, and the hardware and software analysis and design of the control unit of the electrical and air control unit are designed. Finally, the basic functions of the electric locomotive brake system are verified by means of experiment.
