现有国省干线公路均已涌现出不同程度的损坏,路面预防性养护日益迫切。集料作为预防性养护材料的重要组成部分,其需求日益增大。陕西省优质集料匮乏,公路建养依赖于外购集料,大幅度增加施工成本。本文以陕西省内典型集料为研究对象,在调研分析陕西省国省干线公路运营状况、筑路材料类型、沥青路面主要病害状况的基础上,对省内典型集料特征参数、应用于预防性养护工程综合效益及应用建议等方面开展了以下工作: (1)根据陕西省自然地理条件,将全省分为陕北地区、关中地区和陕南地区,并对其国省干线公路自然环境和沿线筑路材料状况进行了调研,总结归纳出不同区域集料应用对策。 (2)实地调研陕北、关中、陕南三个地区国省干线公路沥青路面典型路段病害并分析其产生原因,归纳总结出省内预防性养护工程的特点、影响因素、常见措施及对应需求。同时,根据预防性养护工程的特点、影响因素以及常见措施,归纳总结出陕西省内预防性养护主要施工工艺。 (3)对陕西省内典型集料的特征参数进行研究,分析不同类型集料物理力学性能及组成特征差异,以确定不同集料在相关预防性技术的可行性。结果表明,省内典型集料物理力学性能能够满足相关规范关于预防性养护集料要求。 (4)结合陕北、关中、陕南型预防性养护路段的实施状况,对采用本地集料进行了综合效益测算分析,结果表明将本地石料合理运用于相关预防性养护工程将创造一定的经济效益与社会环境效益。 (5)通过调研国内不同地区预防性养护工程集料应用状况及实施前后路用性能差异,并结合陕西省典型集料实际情况,对省内典型集料应用于预防性养护工程提出相应建议。结果表明,省内集料若应用于预防性养护工程中,可采用适当的处理措施以满足预防性养护工程设计要求。 |

The existing national and provincial trunk roads have all suffered varying degrees of damage, and preventive maintenance of the road surface is becoming increasingly urgent. Aggregates, as an important component of preventive maintenance materials, are in increasing demand. In Shaanxi Province, there is a shortage of high-quality aggregates. The construction and maintenance of highways rely on purchased aggregates, which significantly increases the construction cost. This paper takes the typical aggregates in Shaanxi Province as the research object. Based on the investigation and analysis of the operation status of national and provincial trunk highways in Shaanxi Province, the types of road construction materials, and the main disease conditions of asphalt pavement, the following work has been carried out in aspects such as the characteristic parameters of typical aggregates in the province, the comprehensive benefits of their application in preventive maintenance projects, and application suggestions: (1) According to the natural geographic conditions of Shaanxi Province, the province is divided into northern Shaanxi, Guanzhong area and southern Shaanxi, and the natural environment of its national and provincial trunk highways and the condition of road construction materials along the road were investigated, and the countermeasures for the application of aggregates in different regions were summarized and summarized. (2) Field research in northern Shaanxi, Guanzhong area and southern Shaanxi three areas of national and provincial trunk highway asphalt pavement typical section of the disease and analyze the causes, summarize the characteristics of the provincial preventive maintenance works, factors affecting, common measures and corresponding needs. At the same time, according to the characteristics of preventive maintenance works, influencing factors and common measures, the main construction technology of preventive maintenance in Shaanxi Province is summarized. (3) The characteristic parameters of typical aggregates in Shaanxi Province are studied to analyze the differences in physical and mechanical properties and compositional characteristics of different types of aggregates, in order to determine the feasibility of different aggregates in the relevant preventive techniques. The results show that the physical and mechanical properties of typical aggregates in the province can meet the requirements of relevant specifications on preventive maintenance aggregates. (4) Combined with the implementation of typical preventive maintenance road sections in southern Shaanxi, Guanzhong area and northern Shaanxi, a comprehensive benefit analysis was carried out on the use of local aggregates, and the results showed that the reasonable use of local stone in the relevant preventive maintenance projects will create certain economic benefits and social and environmental benefits. (5) By investigating the application status of aggregates for preventive maintenance projects in different areas of China and the differences in road performance before and after implementation, and combining with the actual situation of typical aggregates in Shaanxi Province, corresponding suggestions are made for the application of typical aggregates in preventive maintenance projects in the province. The results show that if the provincial aggregate is applied in preventive maintenance works, appropriate treatment measures can be adopted to meet the design requirements of preventive maintenance works. |
