煤炭作为我国的主要能源,对我国经济建设起着非常重要的作用,随着对煤开采量需求的逐渐增大,“安全生产”越来越成为煤矿生产工作的重中之重。近几年,用于矿井下掘进工作面的主、副双局扇是许多煤矿(特别是高瓦斯煤矿)生产必须要求配置的设备,以KJ66系统为代表的集中控制系统被越来越多地用于井下,实现集中管理。同时,许多安全领域的专家将智能控制运用于故障诊断、通风、监控等技术来降低煤矿事故的发生率。 本论文针对煤矿井下这种实际情况,完成了基于远程网络智能矿用风电气互锁系统的设计。系统分上、下位机两大部分,其中下位机是本质安全设备,该设备以MCS-51系列8051单片机为控制核心,将智能思想融入,完成控制、故障诊断、通信等功能,上位机实现与下位机间的通信与在线监测。 论文首先按照专家知识库系统思想,将主、副局扇、掘进工作面、风量压力、4处瓦斯浓度等共14个量形成一个风、电、气互锁控制规则知识库,并运用粗糙集理论对知识约简处理,推导出控制的极小化决策集;接着,论文详细介绍了下位机的硬件、软件设计方法与设计思路。其中硬件设计部分包括8051资源扩展模块、电源模块、控制模块、显示报警模块、通信模块、本安设计模块共6大模块;软件设计部分采用了模块化和“由内向外”的嵌套设计思想,给出了主程序和部分子程序的流程框图以及主程序详细的8层编程思路;其次,论文就下位机采取的各种软硬件抗干扰措施进行了详细阐述;同时,论文介绍了上位机与下位机之间的RS-232通信实现方法以及上位机在线监测与故障诊断功能的软件编程方法;最后,论文论述了系统的调试方法与试验结果。 经过调试和试验验证,该系统完全实现了预期的各种控制与互锁功能,可实现上位机与下位机之间的通信,整体性能良好。系统具有智能化、功能集中、互锁性好等优点,对于煤矿井下安全生产具有重要的现实意义。

As the main energy, coal has been played an important role on economic constructing in our country. with the rising requirement for quantity of coal mining , “safety in production ” has become the most important task in mine production. in recent years, both master and slave local fans applied to digging face in the mine have become the prerequisite equipment in production in many coal mine (especially in the gas-logged coal mine), more and more centralized monitoring systems, with the KJ66 system as the representative, have been applied to coal mine to realize centralized supervision. At the same time, many experts in the safety field have applied intelligent control to fault diagnosis, aeration, monitoring and so on to reduce accident rate in the mine. Aiming at this situation in coal mine , intelligent system on interlock system with wind , electricity and gas based on the remote network is designed in this article .the whole system is composed of master controller and slave controller. slave controller is an intrinsically apparatus, with the MCS-51 8051 mcu ( microcontroller unit ) as the master-control unit and intelligent control as theory direction, it realizes many functions, such as control to peripherally safe equipment, fault diagnosis, communication and so on . master controller, as a general computer, mainly realizes communication and real-time monitoring. In this article, a rule knowledge base is set up firstly according to expert knowledge base theory, this knowledge base is the interlocked control network with wind, electricity and gas. Altogether there are 14 elements in this network, including master local fan, slave local fan, digging face, power supplies, 5 different sensors and so on. Subsequently, rough theory is applied to reduct knowledge until to deduce to a minimum decision set. secondly, the design method and thought of hardware and software in slave controller is introduced in detail. The hardware design part includes 6 blocks, which are 8051 resource expander, power supplier, control, display & alarm, communication and peripherally safe design. in the part of the software design, one thought with modularization and ento-ectad embedded program is applied, main routine flow diagram, parts of subroutine flow diagram and 8 layer program thought in main routine is given. Next, all anti-jamming methods with hardware and software in slave controller were expatiated. at the same time, realizing method of RS-232 communication and program ways about real-time monitoring & fault diagnosis in master controller are introduced. Finally, the debug way and test result of the whole system is discussed in the article . After debugging and testing, this system has accomplished all anticipative control & interlock, and communication between master and slave controller. With the well performance, the system has many advantages such as intelligence, integrated functions, well interlocking. it has a practical and important meaning to safe produce in mine.
