现今沿空留巷隔离墙两种充填模式中刚性充填方式会造成充填体变形不能匹配围岩变形;柔性充填方式不易控制充填体的变形。针对此问题,本文提出了一种新型粘塑性支座隔离墙。这种隔离墙主体结构为高强度以提供较高的支护阻力,顶部支撑接触面为粘塑性胶凝体能达到密封、变形让压保护支护主体。两种充填材料的组合而成的新型隔离墙解决了沿空留巷的矿压耦合适应性和密封性问题。 本文通过对巷道围岩变形规律的分析,支护前期巷旁支护体要具备足够的切顶阻力。同时,巷旁充填体在达到极限的承载能力后,其自身要具备一定的可缩量。提出主体采用高强早硬混凝土结构,顶部采用粘塑性材料的粘塑性支座隔离墙。通过“叠加层板”原理进行了巷旁支护阻力的计算,从而确定出顶部材料的要求。采用理论分析、实验室试验、数值模拟等方法对新型粘塑性支座隔离墙进行了研究。根据隔离墙顶部材料的特性需要,分析了各种配比成分对其物理力学性能的影响程度,采用正交设计法优化配比。新型粘塑性接顶材料是在普通混凝土中加入膨润土、粉煤灰和活性添加剂。顶部充填材料可保持长时间流动性,凝结时间满足工程需要。混凝土 28d 抗压强度可达20.34MPa,弹性模量可降低至1690 MPa。 通过MIDAS/GTS 软件对接顶充填隔离墙和整体隔离墙巷道周围围岩位移变形、应力分布及塑性区域进行模拟对比,结果表明顶部充填隔离墙具有较好的性能;所以新型隔离墙技术因其早撑早强的特性能够适应巷道顶板变形规律,支护效果显著,因此具有广泛的应用前景。

Today rigid filling way of the packing for gob-side entry retaining for two kinds of filling patterns can cause that filling body deformation and the surrounding rock deformation can't match; Flexible packing way is not easy to control the deformation of the filling body wall.To solve these problems, this paper presents a new type of Viscoplastic bearing of gob-side entry retaining wall technolog, this kind of wall body structure for high strength in order to provide higher support resistance,at the top of the support of viscoplastic gelation strength to supporting body sealing pressure and deformation for protection. The combination of the two kinds of packing material and become a new type of wall rock pressure coupling solved along the empty left lane adaptability and sealing problems. In this paper, first of all on the gob-side entry retaining surrounding edge motion are analyzed, the supporting early lane beside the support system to have enough cutting resistance. At the same time, the carrying capacity of the filling body in limits on, after its own will have a certain drop-off. The paper put forward the subject structure of high strength concrete early,the top using viscoplastic material viscoplastic bearing wall. Through the"superimposed plates"principle of roadside support resistance calculation, to determine the packing body requirements. Through the oretical analysis, laboratory experiments and numerical simulation method to study the top material performance of the new gob-side entry retaining wall. According to the characteristics of the top of the wall material needs, analyzed the ratio of various components of the physical and mechanical performance, the influence of ratio was optimized by using orthogonal design method. The results show that the top packing wall has good performance; So the closed template die casting of gob-side entry retaining wall due to its early support, high strength characteristics to adapt to the roadway roof deformation, supporting significant effect, thus has the widespread application prospect.
