煤矿矿井发生严重安全事故时,井下人员的救援是一项非常重要的工作,所以研究矿井搜/呼救系统对提高井下人员的救援率,减少事故损失具有重要的作用。 本文通过对矿井搜呼救需求的分析,设计了具有搜救、呼救以及环境温度和瓦斯含量测试等功能的搜呼救系统。并研究了射频识别技术的防碰撞技术,采用二进制防碰撞技术应用于本系统中。应用射频识别(RFID)技术按照本质安全的要求,采用ATMEL89系列单片机和CC1100模块设计了搜救呼救系统的相关电路,以及由温度传感器DS18B20与瓦斯传感器TGS2611组成的传感器电路;设计了系统运行的软件,分别介绍了无线收发芯片及系统各部分组成电路,分析了系统的功耗来源,采用低功耗设计方法设计电路,按照井下电磁兼容技术和防电磁干扰技术设计电路。最后对所设计的搜呼救系统进行了实现与测试。 测试结果表明:本系统能够实现搜救和呼救功能,搜救器在工作过程中能够有效防止碰撞,并能在显示器上显示呼救信号的信息;系统在空旷条件下的作用距离大于100米,对周围的环境温度能够正确显示;并且对超过软件设定的瓦斯含量进行及时报警。满足系统设计要求。

Serious coal mine accidents, the mine rescue personnel is a very important work, the study found mine / SOS system to improve mine rescue personnel decrease the rate of loss has an important role in the accident. Based on the search for help mine needs analysis, design of the search and rescue, crying for help and the gas content of the ambient temperature and test functions. And applying radio frequency identification (RFID) technology in accordance with the essential safety requirements designed by the MCU and CC1100 modules ATMEL89 posed by search and rescue, for help circuit, as well as by the temperature sensor and gas sensor TGS2611 DS18B20 composed of sensor circuit; prepared the system software, and studied the anti-collision RFID technology, using anti-collision technology applied to the binary system. Introduced the wireless transceiver chip circuit and system components, analysis of system power source, low-power design circuit design, electromagnetic compatibility in accordance with mine and anti-electromagnetic interference technology to map out the circuit board requirements, and installation. The results show that: The system can search and call for help function, search and rescue devices in the work process can effectively prevent the collision, and can signal for help on the display of information; systems in open conditions, the role of distance is more than 100 meters, the surrounding ambient temperature can be displayed correctly; and software settings on the gas content of more than timely warning. Meet system design requirements.
