摘 要
WebGIS是Internet技术与GIS相结合的产物,随着互联网的不断发展和GIS技术的广泛应用,人们对基于网页技术的WebGIS的交互性、视觉效果、响应速度以及功能体验等有了更高的要求。RIA(Rich Internet Applications,富因特网应用程序)技术提供了全新的Web应用解决方案,给WebGIS带来了新的发展契机,实现了更加直观有效的应用服务。Flex是目前开发RIA的主流技术之一,本文针对传统WebGIS在应用中交互性差、响应速度慢、可扩展性不强等缺点,通过对Flex技术的研究,提出基于Flex的WebGIS系统的框架设计。
论文首先分析Flex技术及WebGIS的研究现状,然后针对现状提出关键技术问题并给出研究路线及方法。其次,主要分析了Flex富客户端技术的基本架构,在此基础上,提出一个基于Flex的WebGIS系统总体架构,设计实现了管线巡检信息系统的数据库模型、客户端、服务器端。最后,完成山东省天然气管线巡检信息系统的实例,验证了Flex技术在开发高交互性WebGIS方面具有可行性,并有能力为WebGIS在表现力与实用性上提供广阔前景。

ABSTRACT
WebGIS is the result of combination of internet technology and GIS, with the development of internet and GIS widespread application, the users have a higher demand in the performance and interactive effect, the speed of response as well as the function experience based on the web-page of WebGIS. The RIA (Rich Internet Applications) technology has provided the brand-new Web application solution, brings new opportunity of the development of WebGIS, and realized the more direct-viewing effective application service. Flex is currently one of the most mainstream technologies of RIA, in view of the interactive difference in the application, the speed of response is slow, extendibility is not strong and so on shortcomings of traditional WebGIS, the article proposed the frame design of the WebGIS system based on Flex through the research of Flex technology.
The paper first analyzes the Flex technology and the present research situation of WebGIS, in view of the present situation it proposed that the key technologies question and the route and method of studies. Next, it has mainly analyzed the basic construction of Flex rich client side technology, based on this construction, the paper proposed a general framework of WebGIS system, and the database model, the client side and server of the inspection of the pipeline information system is designed and realized. Finally, the thesis completes the inspection of the Shandong Province natural air line's information system, and conforms that Flex technology is operable and has a splendid applied foreground in improving interactivity and expressiveness of WebGIS.
