With the full rise of new media, traditional media companies have been impacted at the same time, but also recognize their own shortcomings and limitations, they have to actively comply with the new media era, keep up with the development of network information technology, and accelerate the pace of media integration. In the process of promoting the integration and transformation of existing personnel, how to improve the quality of employees, improve the level of company performance management, optimize the company's performance appraisal, and construct a performance appraisal index suitable for the development of new media is the problem faced by most traditional media companies.
The thesis selected D media company as the research object, in line with the logic of thinking of discovering problems, analyzing problems and solving problems, using on-site interviews and questionnaires and other methods,analyzing the current status of performance appraisal of its grassroots employees, and found that the current performance appraisal of the D media company has the problems of irrational setting of appraisal indexes, unstandardized appraisal process, unfair appraisal results, imperfect rewards and punishments mechanism, and so on. The survey also found that the company in recent years there is a significant decline in earnings, the employee's work enthusiasm decline in the actual problem. In view of these problems, an attempt is made to optimize the performance appraisal of grassroots employees of D Media Company in a comprehensive manner, so that the performance appraisal can play an important role for the transformation and development of the company.
The thesis summarizes the theoretical basis of the relevant studies of scholars at home and abroad, combs through and analyzes the existing problems of performance appraisal of grass-roots employees in D Media Company, and proceeds to optimize the performance appraisal from the formulation of performance appraisal, communication and feedback, application of the results, and optimization of the improvement of the performance appraisal in total of four links. Targeted design D media company performance appraisal optimization program, and from the organization guarantee, system guarantee, financial guarantee and cultural guarantee four aspects of the optimization of the design of the security measures. In the context of the challenges faced by traditional broadcast media in the era of new media, the thesis puts forward the optimization design of performance appraisal according to the actual situation of the company, aiming at improving the level of human resource management of the company, realizing the company's strategic goal of integrating the development of radio and television with new media, realizing the transformation and development of the company, and ultimately achieving a win-win situation for both employees and the company.
