摘　要 随着科学技术的迅猛发展，全球化、国际化形势愈加明朗，世界范围内各行业的经济竞争变得越来越激烈。如何在残酷的市场中创造并保持竞争优势，已成为每个企业生存和发展的首要问题。对制造企业来说，企业的现场管理、质量提升、产能提高、成本压力就变得更加重要。长期以来，煤矿机械制造企业，在一定程度上存在管理粗放、过程控制不细、制度执行不严等问题。精益生产方式的应变能力以及对质量、成本、效率的有效控制方法，不仅有助于煤机制造企业的转型升级，而且也是公司做大做强的必由之路。 本文详细介绍了精益生产方式的起源和历史背景，精益生产的应用研究和现状。论文在深入研究精益生产方式的基本的理论基础上，根据企业目前存在的问题，制定了张煤机公司精益生产方案，并对实施精益生产过程中碰到的问题及解决方式进行了分析对比，对存在的问题，提出了进一步的改进措施。通过对实施前后效果的比较分析和改进，建立了较为完备的公司精益文化，通过利用精益生产工具改善生产现场，使公司的运营成本大幅降低，生产效率大大提高。 通过对张煤机公司精益生产的应用研究，得到了一些成功的经验，论文的研究和实践成果对其他相关行业类似问题有一定的指导意义。 关键词：精益生产；消除浪费；持续改善 研究类型：工程应用型

ABSTRACT With rapid development of science and technology, the internationalization and globalization situation is more and more clear, the economic competition of various industries in the world is becoming fiercer and fiercer. How to create and maintain a competitive advantage in the brutal market, has become the primary problem for each enterprise’s survival and development. For manufacturing enterprise, the field management, quality improvement, productivity enhancement, cost pressure will become even more important. For a long time, in some extent, the problems such as extensive management, casual process control, less strictimple mentation of rules and regulations existed in the coal mine machinery manufacturing enterprises. Adaptability of the lean production method, and the effective control method for quality, cost, and efficiency, not only contribute to the transformation and upgrading of the coal mine machinery manufacturing enterprise, but also the only route for the company getting bigger and stronger. The paper describes the origins and historical background of lean production method, the research and current status of lean production method. The paper has thoroughly studied the fine profit production method elementary theory. Based on this theory, According to the existing problems of enterprise, has formulated the company fine profit production plan of ZMM, and the problems encountered during lean production and the solutions are analyzed and compared, and presented a further improvement measures. By comparing before and after the effect of the implementation and improvement, has established the more complete company fine profit culture, through used the fine profit production tool to improve produces the scene, the Company's operating costs reduced significantly, increasing productivity.
