张家口煤矿机械有限责任公司(ZMJ)生产加工的行星减速器具有传动比大、承载能力强、结构紧凑、传动平稳等诸多优点,是煤矿井下采煤运输转载机的关键配套产品。内齿圈是行星减速器的重要组成零件之一,与机体相连接,并与行星轮啮合以传递运动和动力。 本文针对ZMJ内齿圈在使用过程中存在啮合噪音大和轮齿崩角的问题,对内齿圈齿部精度进行检测,通过对检测结果分析,确定内齿圈实际精度等级与设计要求的差距:即齿形、齿向、周节极限偏差和齿面粗糙度低于设计要求2~3个精度等级。通过理论分析和实验研究,确定造成内齿圈制造精度低的原因,在此基础上对工艺路线、插齿工艺、热处理氮化工艺进行改进,并设计了热处理氮化变形矫正工装;同时还对数控插齿程序进行改进研究,以提高生产效率。 针对内齿圈插齿时刀具易磨损,进行插齿切削用量实验。得出插齿刀具插齿加工的合理切削用量,并进行插齿加工优化组合,达到提高精度和效率的目的。 借助Visual Basic开发平台,开发了内齿圈测量棒选用及跨棒距尺寸计算软件,简化了跨棒距尺寸计算过程,提高了计算效率和计算精度。 通过对本课题研究,提出了提高内齿圈加工精度的方法,提高了ZMJ内齿圈插齿加工精度和加工效率,该方法具有广泛的应用,对其它企业内齿圈加工技术的提高具有重要的参考作用。

The planet gearbox produced by ZMJ (Zhangjiakou Coal Mining Machinery Limited Company) is a key mating part of the conveyor and stage loader for underground coal mining, it characterized by big transmission rate, large loading capacity, compact structure, simple structure and smooth transmission. The annular gear is one of the key elements of the planet gearbox which connected with the body and engaged with planet gear to transmit motion and power. This paper focused on the problem of big meshing snoise and gear tooth broken during operation of the annular gear produced by ZMJ, through checking the tooth accuracy of annular gear and analysing the results to ascertain the differences between actual accuracy grade and design requirement of annular gear, such as the tooth profile, tooth trace, circular pitch limit offset and surface roughness of the annular gear is lower than the design requirement 2~3 grades. Combining theoretical analysis and experimental study, the reason for lower manufacturing accuracy of annular gear was ascertained. Based on the findings, the process route, gear shaving process, heat treating nitriding process were improved, and correcting fixture for heat treatment deformation was designed; meahwhile, CNC gear shaving program was researched to promote the production efficiency. Aiming at the problem of quickly tool weared, we experimentd with gear shaving allowance, a reasonable cutting allowance was concluded, in order to improve accuracy and efficiency. With the help of Visual Basic, a software for selecting measure probe and space-over-pitch calculation of annular gear is developed, it greatly predigest calculation process and it’s practical and efficient. Through the study on this subject, the method to improve the machining accuracyof tooth in annular method is put forward, the research achievement is also suitable for annular gear manufacturing in other industry.
