众所周知,煤炭是我国的主要能源,煤炭行业又是一个高危的行业,其安全事故的发生直接危及煤矿工人的人身安全。因而,煤矿的安全问题,备受社会各界关注。为了安全生产,煤炭工业现场投入使用了许多监控系统,这些系统大多数采用DCS结构,系统各自自成体系、相对比较封闭、不具备统一的通信协议标准,使得系统之间无法实现兼容、无法进一步的实现信息的共享,形成了所谓的“信息孤岛”现象,这在很大程度上影响了煤炭企业的信息化发展。
本文对我国煤炭行业的各类监控系统的信息共享和集成现状进行分析研究,结合各类系统指出存在异构数据的问题,针对现有的集成技术,提出煤矿安全监控系统的数据转换和集成的总体方案。对系统异构数据转换的问题,认真的研究文件交换技术、ODBC 技术、DDE 技术和 OPC 技术,通过对比分析,设计基于 OPC 技术的煤矿安全信息网络监测系统,并以KJ95煤矿安全监控系统所提供的文本数据源为例,采用OPC技术进行有效的数据转换集成操作,对外提供一个统一的OPC接口,使得上层应用可以很好的对外发布信息,并在此基础上建立煤矿安全信息网络监测平台。
本文中所设计实现的基于OPC技术的煤矿安全信息网络监测平台,具有良好的开放性,系统具有先进、可靠、操作方便的特点。经过测试,系统运行稳定,在现场实际中收到很好的效果,这对我国煤炭企业的信息化进程具有积极的促进作用。

As we all know, coal is the primary energy of China, the coal industry is a high-risk industry, the occurrence of security incidents directly endanger lives of mine workers. Thus, mine safety has been an issue of common concern. For security production, monitoring systems are put into use in the coal industry site. Many of these systems adopt DCS structure, each of them have their own architecture, relatively closed, but don’t have a unified communications protocol standard, making it impossible to achieve compatibility between systems and further information full sharing, so that form a so-called "information island" phenomenon, which affects the advance of the coal enterprise information process to a large extent.
This paper analyzes the current situation about information sharing and integration of all kinds of surveillance system in China's mining industry, indicates the problems of heterogeneous data combined with various types of systems. In view of the existing integration technology, proposed an overall solution of data transformation and integration of the coal mine safety monitoring system, proposed the overall solution of data transformation and integration of the coal mine safety monitoring system. The file exchange technology, ODBC technology, DDE and OPC technologies technology are studied seriously in order to solve the problem of system heterogeneous data conversion of system. Based on OPC technology, the network monitoring system of coal mine safety information was designed by contrasting and analyzing, and taken the text data source provided by KJ95 coal mine safety monitoring system as an example. Use OPC technology for the effective data conversions and integrated operations, and provides a unified external OPC interface, so that the upper application can released external information, and establish the network monitoring platform of coal mine safety information.
This paper designed and implemented the coal mine safety information network monitoring platform based on OPC technology , which has a good openness, advancement, reliability, and easy to operate . After testing, the system runs stably, received very good results on site practice. It plays a positive role in promoting the informatization process of the coal enterprise in China.
