针对炼镁炉冶炼过程控制对加热系统功率调节、炉体多点温度、压力等物理参数动态变化需要数字化实时测控的要求。本文研制了一款基于C/S架构的炼镁炉远程监控系统,它运用数字化工业设计理念实现了系统多参量数据的分布式采集、监测与控制、数据自动记录与统计分析、事件追踪、视频监控以及远程网络共享功能。 炼镁炉的硬件系统包括基于PLC主控制器与多种智能化设备组成的多机通信系统、炉体循环冷却系统、由大功率罗茨泵和滑阀泵组合的双通道真空机组控制系统、电液控预热仓升降系统等。为了便于现场布线和系统升级,对连线复杂的电动阀门自主研发了基于AVR单片机的电动阀门智能控制器,可通过现场总线实现多路阀门远程遥测遥控功能。 炼镁炉应用系统的软件采用在线多参量测量、执行机构数字化控制、远程网络化共享多级平台模式。实现方法是以PLC为控制核心,利用RS485总线方式分时采集多路阀门控制器、温控模块、真空度计仪表、电网电压、电流监测仪以及直流功率等仪表数据。并将采集的数据进行分析和处理与预设的工艺控制参数进行比较,自动控制大功率直流加热电源功率大小、多路物料转送真空阀门的程序化启闭、真空机组的运停以及进出料执行机构设备的控制。通过串行总线将数据上传给服务器端完成数据的显示、存储和共享功能。远程客户端采用Socket网络通信以及基于ADO数据库访问技术与服务器进行数据交互,实现炼镁炉冶炼过程生产自动化与远程调度指挥。 系统目前已在西安科技大学硅镁产业工程研究中心投入使用一年多,经过12炉次的实际使用,现场检测与网络计算机平台的炼镁冶炼作业测试运行正常。为相关装备制造在质量和工艺优化方面提供了一种新方法。

According to the requirement of digital real-time monitoring and control of Magnesium smelting furnace smelting process for control of the heating system power regulation, furnace multi-point temperature, pressure and other physical parameters of the dynamic change. This paper developed a magnesium smelting furnace remote monitoring system based on C/S architecture. The use of digital industrial control design concept which helps the system could realize multi-parameter data acquisition, monitoring and control, data recording automatically and statistical analysis, event tracking, video surveillance and remote network sharing. The hardware system of Magnesium smelting furnace includes multi-machine communication system consisting of PLC-based master controller and a variety of intelligent devices, furnace circulating cooling system, preheating cabin lifting sub-system controlled by electrical-hydraulic and high-powered vacuum machine controlling sub-system. In order to facilitate field wiring and system upgrades, a intelligent controller of electric valve has developed independently based on AVR microcontroller for connecting the complex electric valve, which enabling remote control and monitoring for multi-valve via the field bus. Magnesium smelting furnace application system software using multi-level platform which includes multi-parameter measurement online, actuators digital control, remote network share . As the core of central control of the magnesium furnace system, PLC collects multi-channel data from intelligent valve controller, temperature modules, vacuum indicators, voltage of power grid, current detectors and DC power measurements. After data processing, PLC compares the data with the predetermined control parameter, then exports it. It could get automatic control of heating power of large high-power DC power, switch of the multi-channel valves of the transportation of the materials, high-powered vacuum machine, and out of the feeding mechanism and other mechanical equipment. PLC transmits data to host computer via RS232 to display, record and remote share. Remote client communicates with server by using Socket network communication and database access based on ADO technology to achieve magnesium smelting furnace smelting process automation and remote dispatching. The system has been put in the Engineering Research Center of Xi'an University of Science and Technology garnierite industry use more than a year, the actual use of 12 heats, field testing and refining magnesium smelting operations which supplied by the network computer platform is operating normally. It provides a new approach for relevant equipment manufacturing in terms of quality and process optimization.
