摘 要 超声波检测技术是无损检测技术领域中的一种非常重要的手段和方法。已被广泛地应用于各行各业的在线质量控制、在役设备和关键零部件的安全监控之中。目前,国内外的超声波检测仪器研制均已经进入到数字化时代。 本便携式数字化超声波检测仪器,利用EPLD强大的实时逻辑处理功能、易于用的I/O端口和高速处理能力;借助单片机MCU面向控制、体积小、成本低、可靠性高、运用灵活等特点。实现了检测过程的自动信号接收、放大、噪声处理、数据采集、缺陷自动判定和回波图形的显示,以及检测结果存储、回放和输出,解决了传统超声检测无记录问题,减少了人为因素影响,提高了检测结果的可信度。除此之外,还利用了各种数字信号处理技术,使得在时域上有提高信号噪声比的多次平均处理功能,自动设置距离波幅曲线等。并为以后研究超声成像检测打下了良好的基础。 程控放大电路的增益量达到了0~100dB。超声激励电压高达600V,输出电压稳定。激励电压信号的上升沿,为微秒以下量级,检测分辨力更高。大屏幕的液晶显示器模块结合触摸式功能键盘,以及系统专用操作软件实现的中文菜单化的操作界面。主菜单到子菜单的树状化操作功能步骤。使得系统仪器具有非常容易和简单,而且易于掌握的可视化操作界面、操作方法。 硬件、软件设计上均采用了模块化的设计方案,采用了低噪声、低漂移、高精度、高可靠性的集成电路芯片,大大简化,并优化了电路设计。使得系统具有小型化、智能化,便携式,结构简单、易操作,成本低等许多优点。

Abstract Ultrasonic testing is a very important method of NDT(Non-destructive Testing). It has been widely used to control the quality of on-line product, and to inspect equipments and some important parts used. The research of the digital ultrasonic testing device has become inevitable trend in world. Using the advantages of EPLD(Erasable Programmable Logic Device) which has powerful logic function、easily operating I/O ports,high speed operation ability, and by means of MCU(Microcomputer Control Units) which has small volume, low price, high dependability, using agility, a portable digital ultrasonic testing device is developed. The functions of signal emmitting, incepting, magnifying, data collecting and processing, displaying graphics, determinant defects, as well data saving and outputting are realized. The saving problem of traditional ultrasonic testing is solved, and some infection factors of handlers are reduced. In virtue of technology of digital analysis and processing,the Signal-to-Noise is progressed, and testing reliability is improved. A very good foundation is established for the research of ultrasonic image testing. In developing ultrasonic testing device, the blocking designing method is used, system maintainability is progressed. Integrate circuits of lower noise, lower excursion, higher precision and higher dependability are chosen, reliability of hardware system is insured. The big screen of LCD(Liquid Crystal Display), a touch keyboard,and the Chinese operation interface based on the professional software and the tree processing of submenu from menu are used, interface of man-machine conversation is very friendly. The testing device has advantages of high testing precision, simple frame, operate easily, small volume, light weight, lower price etc.
