目前在低压电力用户集中抄表系统建设中,主站和集中器之间的数据通信协议并无相应国家和行业标准可循,导致系统集成、设备更换难度和费用加大,给供电公司的抄表管理工作带来不便。有必要研究制定统一的集中器上行通信协议。
本文研究国内湖北、湖南两省的集中器上行通信协议,并参与其协议解析的编写,探索设计出一套融合湖北、湖南优点的集中器上行通信协议。新设计的集中器上行通信协议增加远程升级的协议模块,并加强数据传输可靠性和降低协议二义性。硬件平台采用ARM7系列32位嵌入式芯片LPC2214为主控芯片,片外扩展三种存储器和对上通讯方式。软件平台移植实时操作系统μC/OS-II,实现实时操作系统的多任务功能,提高系统的实时性、可靠性和稳定性。在ADS1.2开发环境中,采用面向对象和面向过程综合的编程方法,使系统可以并存多种集中器上行通信协议,且能够灵活切换。利用ASM、C、C++多种语言混合编程方式实现系统功能,使系统具有较高的健壮性和可扩展性。
目前,本协议已经投入到湖北省荆门市,结果表明,协议运行稳定可靠,且现场维护工作减少,抄表率达到99%,达到协议预期的设计目标和要求,对用电管理和供电质量起到积极作用。

There is no unified national or industrial protocol for data communication between master station and concentrator when constructing Automatic Meter Reading(AMR) system for Low-voltage customers, and often lead to system integration, equipment replacement difficulty and the cost increases, which brings inconvenience to meter reading management of power supply company. So it is necessary to study and design an unified concentrator upstream communication protocol.
The paper studies the concentrator upstream communication protocol of Hubei and Hunan Provinces, and participate in the compiling of protocol analysis, and design a concentrator upstream communication protocol which merges the advantages of communication protocol in Hubei and Hunan. The new designed concentrator upstream communication protocol which increases the protocol module of remote upgrade, enhances data reliability and reduces the ambiguity of the protocol. ARM7 32-bit LPC2214 embedded chip ARM7 is adopted by hardware platform as the master chip, three kinds of memory and upstream communication mode are extended in the peripheral chip. Software platform adopts portable real-time operating system μC/OS-II to realize the multitask function of real-time operating system. The system improves real-time performance, reliability and stability of the system. In the development environment of ADS1.2, combined with object-oriented and process-oriented approach. The System realized the mixed programming of ASM, C and C++, which can switch various concentrator upstream communication protocol, and the system can have high robustness and scalability.
At present, the protocol has applied to Jingmen in Hubei province. Results show that the protocol runs reliably and maintenance work of field reduced, and meter reading accurate reached 99%.Therefore, it can reach the expected goals and requirements of protocol, and play a positive role in the power user management and power supply quality.
