乳化液泵站是液压支架系统的动力源,其正常安全工作是保证综采工作面正常运行和安全生产的基础。研制乳化液泵电液卸载及监控系统旨在控制乳化液泵的卸载,监控乳化液泵站工作的关键参数,以确保液压支架系统正常安全工作。 本文以PIC16F877单片机为核心,以传感器技术、电子技术、测控技术为依托,融合现代电液控制技术构成了单片机监测控制系统。在本系统中根据乳化液泵的工作特点,利用压力传感器检测系统的工作压力,通过单片机控制乳化液泵的卸载,使乳化液泵工作在设定的压力范围内;利用温度传感器和液位浮球开关及信号调理电路实现了乳化液泵曲轴箱油温、油位,乳化液箱液温、液位的实时监控,当监控的某一参数超限时,系统进行声光报警提示工作人员进行相关操作; 采用光电隔离技术解决了大功率负载电磁控制阀的控制与驱动以及液位开关量的监测问题,同时提高了系统的抗干扰能力; LED显示屏可实现压力、温度的实时显示。乳化液泵卸载压力和报警参数值可利用按键根据实际需要来调整。本文在论述上以系统的总体设计为基础,着重阐述了非电量的测量方法和硬件电路的设计,并详细介绍了系统的软件设计、抗干扰设计及系统的防爆处理。 系统采用电液控制技术提高了乳化液泵卸载的可靠性、灵敏性和恢复性,乳化液泵工作关键参数实时监控的实现对乳化液泵的使用和维护也提供了很好的保障作用。

Emulsion pump is power resource of hydraulic pressure bracket system, its work without accident can ensure that mining work and production continue safely in fully mechanized mining face. Development of electro-hydraulic unloading and supervisory control system of emulsion pump aims at controlling the unloading of emulsion pump, and supervising and controlling emulsion pump parameters, and ensuring the hydraulic pressure bracket system works without accident. According to PIC16F877 single-chip microcomputer、sensor technology、electronic technology、testing technology and electro-hydraulic control technology , we developed the supervisory control system of single-chip microcomputer. In this system, according to the work characteristic of emulsion pump, sensor is used to test the work pressure of emulsion pump and the single chip is used to control the unloading of emulsion pump, so emulsion pump can be controlled to work within setting pressure. Making use of temperature sensor and switch which measures liquid level by floating ball and signal modulation circuit, we realized the live supervisory control of the oil temperature and level of emulsion pump crankcase, the liquid temperature and level of emulsion pump box. When one parameter overruns the limit, operators can be reminded by the alarm of sound and light. Optoelectronic isolation technology is adopted to deal with the controlling and driving problem of large power loading electromagnetism control valve, the problem of supervising the value of liquid level switch is approached, too, and the anti-disturbance ability of the system was improved. LED can live display pressure and temperature. Unloading pressure and value of alarm parameter of emulsion pump can be adjusted by stroking keys. Based on the overall design of system, this paper discusses the measurement means of non-electronic parameters and the design of hardware circuit, and introduces the software design of system, anti-jamming design and anti-explosion design in detail. Because the system adopts electro-hydraulic control technology, the dependability and sensitivity and recovery of emulsion pump unloading are improved. It is good for use and maintenance of emulsion pump to realize the live supervisory control of key working parameters of emulsion pump.
