企业文化是企业经营理念和人本精神的理性概括。国有企业文化是中国特色社会主义先进文化的一部分,国有企业文化建设是中国特色社会主义文化建设的重要组成部分,它关系到国家的发展和民族的振兴,是实现国有企业做强做大、发展壮大国有经济的需要,也是增强我国文化软实力、实现文化强国的要求。近些年,许多煤炭企业,尤其是国有大型煤炭企业在文化建设时把注意力更多地方在了一般文化上,造成了企业文化的雷同化。而煤炭企业作为资源性企业有着独特的发展轨迹和背景,对华亭煤业集团公司企业文化建设进行研究不仅可以为企业自身文化建设提供理论依据,还可以为我国煤炭企业文化建设提供宝贵案例。 本文以华亭煤业集团公司为研究对象,在企业联合重组,管理体制快速变化,管理方法不断创新,以及矿区科技快速发展的大背景下,对重组后的企业文化进行重新梳理和定位,旨在构建一种新型兼容并蓄的企业文化,使重组后的企业能够尽快进行有机的融合。同时,研究的另一个目的还在于以进行二次创业,推进由增产扩能向强化效益、由单一产业向多元化发展、由各自为阵向同心同德的三大战略转移为核心理念指导,打造华煤品牌。最终以实现“百亿华煤” ,打造区域领先、国内知名的现代化大型能源化工企业为基本目标定位,不断提高其核心竞争力,为企业健康持续的发展和国家重振东北老工业基地提供更为良好的支持。 本文首先对企业文化的基本理论进行了概述,包括企业文化内涵和企业文化的特征两部分,重点分析了企业文化的特点、企业文化建设的原则和企业文化建设的内容。文章从人本性、特异性、自觉性、系统性、融合性和创新性等几方面,系统总结了企业文化的主要特点。之后,文章从企业精神文化、行为文化、制度文化和物质文化等方面,对华亭煤业集团公司企业文化建设现状进行了分析。结合华亭煤业集团公司企业文化建设的现状和建设原则,文章进一步提出了集团公司企业文化的建设方案,主要包括:企业精神文化建设方案、企业制度文化建设方案、企业行为文化建设方案和企业物质文化建设方案。 最后, 文章提出了华亭煤业集团公司企业文化建设方案实施策略与建议, 主要包括:明确领导责任,健全监管体系和管理机制;强化安全教育,不断规范相关学习行为;加大职工文化阵地建设,以人为本推动职工精神文化生活;量化考核目标,为企业文化构建营造氛围。 本研究的贡献主要包括三个方面:一是在充分理论支持下,对华亭煤业集团公司企 业文化建设现状和存在的问题总结分析,寻找出企业文化建设所存在的问题;二是提出 了华亭煤业集团公司企业文化建设方案:三是有针对性的提出了华亭煤业集团公司企业文化建设开展的策略和建议,保证了企业文化的落地。

The enterprise culture is the enterprise management philosophy and humanism rational summary. The state-owned enterprise culture is the part of Chinese characteristic socialism advanced culture. The state-owned enterprise culture constructionis the part of Chinese characteristic socialism culture construction, which is related to the development of the country and the rejuvenation of the nationality, is the need to realize the state-owned enterprise's development, expansion of the state of the economy, and also the need to enhance China's cultural soft power and realize the cultural power requirements. In recent years, the coal enterprises, paticularly the state-owned Large-scale coal enterprise, gradually realize the importance of the enterprise culture construction, have to explore and create an enterprise culture. However, most companies in the culture focus more on general culture, caused the enterprise culture the identical. The coal enterprise as the resource of the enterprise has a unique development path and the background, the Huating coal group co., LTD culture construction research not only can provide their own corporate culture construction provides academic basis, also for our cultural construction in coal enterprise provides a valuable case. This article taking the Huating coal group co.,LTD as the study object, recarding and relocating for the reconstructed enterprise cultural, in the background of enterprise joint and reorganization, manage system quickly change, manage method constantly innovation, and mine lot technology rapidly development, aimed to building a type of enterprise cultural which can absorbing all the favorable elements, take the ecterprise mixed together rapidly after reorgnazation. Mean while, the other aim is that taking the being second business, improve the enterprise from prduction increase to strenthen the benefit, from single industry to diversification development,from camps for their own to one heart forever as the core idea guidance, to build the Humei brand. Finally, taking bring about “Billion Huamei”, building region leadship, inhand well-known modern sizeable enterprise of energy andchemical as the basic target location , improve the chief channel competitiveness of enterprise continuously, to offer the support for healthy and sustainable development of enterprise and revive northestern rust belt of our country. This study give an introduction of the basic theory of enterprise culture firsty,including two parts, that are enterprise culture connotation and enterprise culture characteristic, and mainly analyzed the enterprise culture characteristic, enterprise culture building principle and enterprise culture building content. The article sum up the main enterprise culture building characteristic systematically, from humanism, specificity, consciousness, systematicness, integration and innovativeness and so on. Then, the article analyzed the building actuality of the Huating coal group co., LTD enterprise cultrure, from spiritual cultural, behaviour cultural, system cultural and material cultural. Of combine the building actuality and principle of the Huating coal group co., LTD enterprise cultrure, the article proposed the enterprise culture building pattern, including: enterprise spiritual building scheme,system building scheme,behaviour building scheme and material building scheme. At last,the article proposed the implementation strategy and suggestion of Huating coal group co., LTD enterprise cultrure building scheme, including: clear responsibilities of leadership, improve the regulatory system and management mechanism; strengthen the safty education, specificate the relevence study behaviour continuously; increased worker cultural constructions continuously, improve the workers spiritual and cultural lives with people foremost; Quantification assessment target, build atmosphere for the enterprise culture construction The contribution of this paper is mainly reflected in three aspects: one is in the full theory support, the Huating coal group co., LTD enterprise culture construction process analysis, find out the building of enterprise culture to the existence of the problem; the second is put forward Huating coal group co., LTD enterprise culture construction project; the third is a proposed Huating coal group co., LTD mine enterprise culture construction implementation steps and security, ensure the enterprise culture's landing。
