近年来,城市建设飞速发展,城市用地矛盾突出,可持续发展成为人们关注的主要
话题。人们越来越重视城市生态环境的建设,这使得屋顶绿化成为城市立体发展中重要
的绿化方式之一。屋顶绿化不仅具有一般园林绿化的功能作用,同时对于改善建筑物理
性能,节约能源也起到了一定的作用,成为绿化与建筑相结合的方式之一。
屋顶绿化在南方城市发展较早,在北方城市却因为气候方面的原因,使得屋顶绿化
一直未能得到大力发展。随着建设可持续发展社会口号的提出,越来越多的人们认识到
保护和改善城市环境的重要性。建筑绿化作为改善城市生态环境,减少热岛效应的重要
手段之一。
本文首先介绍了屋顶绿化的研究背景,肯定了建设屋顶绿化的现实意义,进而从其
起源和中外历史的发展入手,介绍了目前屋顶绿化在各国的发展现状。接着探讨了北方
地区屋顶绿化的植物种植设计,分析得出在选择土壤时应以保温、保水为核心,选择植
物要遵循以耐寒、适应性强且自重较轻的低矮灌木为主、高大乔木为辅、草本植物应急
的原则。然后研究了屋顶绿化的基本构造:植被层、基质层、过滤层、排水层、保湿层、
阻根层、防水层。并探讨了屋顶绿化的载荷、抗风、防水、排水及改建等关键建造技术。
研究得出屋顶绿化具有降温增湿、固碳释氧、杀菌生态学效应。并对屋顶花园的城市水
环境改善效应进行了研究,为了加强屋顶花园绿化系统对屋面雨水径流的水质净化效应
和蓄滞雨水效应,进行屋顶花园的雨水利用系统改良,改良后屋顶绿化后可削减雨水量约为67%。用成本效益分析的方法对西安市屋顶绿化的经济可行性进行了论证,得出对
西安市进行屋顶绿化经济上是完全可行的。最后结合本文研究结论,给出了基于增强环
境改善效应的屋顶花园设计方案并展望了屋顶绿化发展的趋势。

In recent years,the rapid development of urban construction,the obvious contradiction
between urban land use, sustainable development became a major topic of attention.There is a
growing emphasis on the construction of urban ecological environment, which makes roof
greening become one of important means in three-dimensional development of urban
greening. Roof greening not only has the general function of the landscape, while improving
the physical properties of buildings, energy conservation, also played a role, as one of the way
of the combination of he greening and the building.
The development of roof greening in the southern city earlier than in the northern city,
but because of the climate and plants choose reasons,roof greening have not been making
great efforts to develop.With the slogan of building a sustainable society put forward,more
and more people realize the importance of the protection and improvement of urban
environmental.Building greening is one important means of improving the city's ecological
environment and reducing heat island effect. Therefore,how to in the external bad conditions
do roof greening design is more worthy of the designer's attention.
The paper introduced the background of roof greening firstly,confirming the realistic
significance of it,and proceeded from the original and the history of home and domestic,
recommended the international development current situation at present of the roof greening.
Then discusses the northern region of roof greening planting design.By analyzing andresearch, the conclusions were reached that soil option should center on temperature and
water maintaining, plants option should follow the herbaceous plant emergency principle of
centering on low shrubs with cold-resistant, strong adaptability and lighter weight,
supplement by tall trees.Then it introduced the basic configuration of the roof greening,
including vegetable layer,substrate layer,filter laye,drainage blanket,hydration layer,resistance root layer,waterproof layer.Discussing the key construction technology containing
the load,wind resistance,water resistance,dewatering of the roof greening.It concluded
thatroof greening had a ecology action of cooling humidification,fixing carbon and releasing
oxygen,sterilization, improving urban water environment.Finally summarized the total paper,
proposed the development tendency of the roof greening brief.
