馈线自动化是对配电线路及配电线路上的设备进行远方实时监测、管理以及控制的集成系统。当有故障发生在线路上时,系统能自动、快速定位故障点,并实现故障的自动、快速隔离和自动转移供电。随着经济的发展,泾渭供电公司配电自动化系统已不能满足居民对供电可靠性的需要,急需建设能够实现对配电设备运行状况的监测,配电网故障的快速定位、切除的馈线自动化系统,以提高主动识别故障停电的能力和供电可靠性。
本文依托泾渭供电公司馈线自动化系统建设工程。首先介绍了配网馈线自动化系统基于理论算法的故障定位方法和基于配电网自动化的故障定位方法,并最终选择基于馈线终端单元(FTU)和计算机网络数据的定位方法设计泾渭供电公司馈线自动化系统;给出相间故障和单相接地故障的定位算法,为理解主站系统实现故障定位奠定理论基础。
其次依托泾渭供电公司馈线自动化改造工程,对馈线自动化系统的主站系统、通信网络、馈线终端设备三个部分分别进行了设计与配置。给出了主站系统的总体结构,硬件与软件配置原则和具体配置方案,对馈线自动化通信系统的建设原则、目标架构、建设内容、技术路线、接入网通信管设计等内容做了详细设计,同时得到了所需要的设备清单和通信系统具体的实施方案;对馈线自动化系统终端单元FTU的功能要求以及配置原则,给出了配置的FTU的技术指标以及能实现的功能。
最后结合泾渭供电公司配电网络一次系统结构图,设计出馈线自动化终端单元监测供电网的状态以及故障状态下快速故障定位与隔离和恢复非故障区域供电的要求。
论文以泾渭地区泾渭中变与泾渭东变之间的线路为例,结合终端单元的安装位置阐述了本文设计的馈线自动化系统的保护原理以及馈线自动化的应用能为泾渭供电公司带来的经济效益,证明了本设计的重要意义。

Feeder automation is an integrated system for remote monitoring, management and control of distribution lines and the equipment on them. The system can monitor the distribution line and equipment normally when the line is in normal operation. When a fault occurs on the line, the system can automatically and quickly locate the fault point, and realize the automatic and quick isolation and automatic transfer of the power supply. With the development of economy, the distribution automation system of Jingwei power supply company can not meet the demand of power supply reliability. In order to improve the reliability of power supply, it is necessary to construct the feeder automation system which can realize the monitoring of the operation status of distribution equipment and the fault location of power distribution network, and improve the ability of active fault diagnosis. Based on the construction of feeder automation system of Jing Wei power supply company.
In this paper, the fault location method based on the theory and the fault location method based on the distribution network automation are described. Finally, the design of feeder automation system based on FTU and computer network data is presented. In this paper, the principle of phase fault and single phase grounding fault location algorithm is derived, which provides a theoretical basis for understanding the fault location of the main station system.
Based on the feeder automation transformation project of Jingwei power supply company, the three parts of the main station system, communication network and feeder terminal equipment are designed and configured. This paper expounds the overall structure of the master station system, the principle of hardware and software configuration and the specific configuration scheme. It has designed in detail of the feeder automation communication system construction principles, target architecture, construction content, technical route, access network fuse design etc. At the same time, this paper gives a detailed description of the functional requirement and configuration principles of the terminal unit FTU of feeder automation system, and presents the technical specifications of FTU and the functions to be realized.
Finally, according to the structure diagram of the primary system of distribution network, the actual installation position of feeder terminal unit is designed to meet the monitoring function of the system and fast fault location, isolation and restoration of power supply in non fault area under fault condition. In case of the line between the middle and the east transformer substation of Jingwei, combining with the installation position of terminal unit, the paper expounds the protection principle of feeder automation system designed in this paper and the application of feeder automation can bring economic benefits to the company, which proves the significance of the design.
