在电力系统的规划、生产和管理过程中,各类电力系统应用软件被广泛应用。目前各类电力系统应用软件只针对特定的应用而开发,存在通用性差、可扩展性不强、功能单一、难以维护的缺点,因此开发具有通用性、可扩展性、可维护性的电力系统分析软件具有重要的理论意义和实际价值。
本文在对电力系统电气特性进行分析的基础上,根据实际应用需求,设计并实现了输配电网分析系统客户端部分。通过对现有系统图形平台的分析和比较,采用图形和应用相分离的技术设计了通用图形编辑器。客户端采用图模分离技术构建图元模库和设备模库,采用IEC61970公共图形交换标准(CGE)推荐的可缩放矢量图形格式存储图元模库和图形文件,基于CIM模型层次结构设计设备模库,关联图元模和设备模,很好的满足了图形平台对通用性和可扩展性的要求。根据需求分析,设计了图形平台图形编辑功能模块和图元编辑功能模块,并通过统一建模语言UML建立图形平台各功能模块对象模型。在此基础上,对电气接线图进行静态拓扑分析,获取设备之间的连接关系,并通过WCF技术实现了客户端和服务器之间数据交互。
在Visual Studio 2008开发平台下,采用C#语言开发客户端部分。通过实际测试,各功能模块都能正常工作,客户端实现了输配电网分析系统主接线图的编辑、显示和数据的交互,验证了系统设计的合理性和正确性。

Kinds of power system application softwares are applied widely in the process of the programming, production and management of the power system. These available softwares are only developed for particular application and do not have versatility. The expansiveness and maintenance are not satisfied. Therefore, designing a more universal, extendable and better maintainable electric power analysis software has very important theoretical significance and practical value.
In this paper, it studies the basic characteristic of electrical property for power system, then designs and realizes the Client of Power Transmission & Distribution Analysis System. Compared with graph platform of the existing systems, design the graph editor under the separation principle of graph and model. The universality and expandability of graph platform are satisfied because of the separation principle of graph and model, the store of graphic element databases and graphics files with SVG which is recommend by CGE of IEC61970 and device database based of CIM hierarchical model. The graphic element is correlated with the device. Then design the module of graphic element edition and graphic edition and design the object model of functional module with UML. Based on this, the client gets the static topology relation of the equipment, and designs the communication between the Client and Server through WCF.
Under the platform of Visual Studio 2008, develop the client with C# computer language. Through actual test, all function modules can work properly. The client realizes editing, displaying and data transmission. The validity and rationality of the model is testified.
