嵌入式地理信息系统以其独特的技术、优良的品质、成功的工程应用,被称为“地理信息系统行业中的新的里程碑”。它的一系列新产品将传统的纸制化数据采集及成图转向成数字化采集及成图,实现了方便快速获取野外数据及存储海量数据的革命性飞跃,正在引领地理信息系统领域领导性的技术潮流。我国是一个少森林国家,森林资源对国家经济发展具有重要意义,但森林资源调查方法比较落后,如何探索和研究出适用在森林资源调查领域的嵌入式地理信息系统,成为当前的热点问题。
本文阐述了国内森林资源调查的普遍特点,论述了森林资源调查的普遍需求,详细阐述了基于林业系统的嵌入式地理信息系统的组成,阐述了系统数据采集模块的设计原理及方法;分析了森林资源野调查的数据格式及特点,提出了如何存储海量数据的方法,研究了数据库访问技术,利用ADO技术实现了海量数据的快速有效存储;研究了属性数据的快速查找原理及方法,利用索引文件技术实现了属性数据的快速查找功能;研究了栅格图像压缩原理,提出了“瓦片金字塔”模型,采用”金字塔”压缩原理实现了以栅格图像为底图的快速压缩;研究了传统的Arcgis及MapInfo数据格式,结合系统的数据格式特点,用已编辑的矢量图形数据成功转化为传统的Arcgis(即Shape)及MapInfo(即Mif)格式。
在上述研究的基础上,根据本文确定的系统数据采集模块的设计原理及图像处理方法,分别设计实现了属性数据显示与存储模块及地图显示与编辑模块,为我国林业资源调查系统提供了一个高效方便的数字化系统模块,对林业嵌入式地理信息系统研发与应用有一定的指导意义

The embedded GIS is named as the milestone of GIS field for its unique technique, excellent performance and successful engineering application. The paper-based data collection and mapping was converted to digitized ones by the new production of embedded GIS. And the embedded GIS can acquire field data quickly and store large numbers of data. So, the embedded GIS is a revolution and it leads a trend of GIS technology.Our country has a few forest, the forest resources have the important meaning to the state economy development,and the forest resources investigation method is also quite backward,How to explore and excogitate a prefect technique method in engineering fields, especially in fields of forest resources and land resources,are the hotspot problems.
This article elaborated the domestic forest resources investigation's universal characteri- stic, and elaborated the forest resources investigation universal demand, and elaborated in detail based on the forestry system's embedded geographic information system's composition, elaborated the system data acquisition module principle of design and the method; It has analyzed the forest resources wild investigation data format and the characteristic, proposed how to save the mass data the method, and has studied the database visit technology, has realized the mass data fast effective memory using the ADO technology;it has studied the attribute data quick look principle and the method, has realized the attribute data quick look function using the index file technology; it has studied the grid image compr- ession principle, proposed “tile Pyramid” the model, The compression principle has realized using” Pyramid” take the grid image as the base map fast compression; it has studied traditional Arcgis and the MapInfo data format, union system's data format characteristic, with the vector graphic data success which edits transformed as traditional Arcgis (i.e. Shape) and MapInfo (i.e. Mif) the form.
In above research foundation, according to this article definite system data acquisition m- odule principle of design and imagery processing method, the distinction design has realized the attribute data demonstration and the storage module and the map demonstration and the edition module, it has provided a highly effective convenience digitized system module for o- ur country forestry resources investigation system, and has certain guiding sense to the fore- stry embedded geographic information system research and development and the application
