沿空留巷巷旁装配隔离墙大尺寸砌块能够实现机械化施工,又有良好的施工效率,在工程应用中具有很多优越性。为了克服实心大尺寸砌块的重量因素,本文以大尺寸砌块中的实心砌块、空心砌块、空心充填砌块以及空心尺寸变化等不同结构形式的砌块为研究对象,对砌块的质量与强度关系进行研究。利用灰色理论在混凝土应用上的适用性和灰色理论中GM(1,1)预测模型做为研究手段,通过对小尺寸砌块的数据建立GM(1,1)模型,根据模型预测大尺寸砌块的强度值和尺寸变化对强度的影响规律;以及利用ANSYS模拟手段,研究空心、充填空心等不同结构形式、不同空心尺寸大小砌块中质量与强度关系。研究表明:大尺寸混凝土砌块中尺寸的变化对砌块强度的影响较小,尺寸在350mm-450mm之间时,尺寸对强度的影响较大;大尺寸混凝土砌块在抗压达到极限强度后还存在一定的承载力,并且随着尺寸的增大残余承载力大体呈线性增大;在利用ANSYS软件对不同空心结构和不同空心尺寸砌块的非线性研究对比中,充填贯穿孔砌块在受压破坏中,质量减小对抗压强度影响较小,其中圆形贯穿孔充填砌块的质量减小45%而强度只减少了30%,方形贯穿孔充填砌块的质量减小50%而强度减少了40%,在空心充填砌块的质量与强度的关系中,空心尺寸在小于0.25时,强度有所提高,通过空心与空心充填砌块的对比,空心不充填砌块的质量变化对抗压强度影响较大,空心充填可以大大改善混凝土砌块的受力性能。根据研究结果,文章建议在沿空留巷巷旁隔离墙支护中选用圆形贯穿孔充填砌块,圆形孔尺寸根据所需强度选择相应的尺寸。

The construction of the large size block along the gob side entry retaining wall can realize mechanized construction and good construction efficiency. In order to overcome the weight factor, this paper studies the relationship between the quality and strength of block based on the research of solid block, hollow block, hollow filling block in large size block and hollow dimensional change etc. different structural pattern blocks. Take the applicability of Grey Theory in concrete application and GM (1,1) prediction model in Grey Theory as a study means, build GM (1,1) model based on the data of small size block, and use the model to predict the large size block’s strength value and the influence rule of and dimensional change’s influence on strength; Study the relationship between the quality and strength of block in hollow, filling hollow etc. different structural pattern, different dimension of hollow with the use of ANSYS simulation. The study shows that: the change of block dimension in large size concrete block has little influence on block strength, and size has more influence on strength when the size is 350mm-450mm; there is still a certain bearing capacity after large size concrete block reaches its compressive ultimate strength, and the remnant bearing capacity assumes linear increase with the increase of size; on the comparison of nonlinear study of different hollow structure and different hollow dimensional block by ANSYS software, decrease of quality has little influence on compressive strength when filling through hole block is under compression and damage, in which circular through hole filling block quality is decreased by 45% while the strength is decreased by 30% only,square through hole filling block quality is decreased by 50% while the strength is decreased by 40%,in the relationship between quality and strength of hollow filling block,the strength is somewhat increased when the hollow size is less than 0.25, by the comparison of hollow and hollow filling block, quality variation of hollow unfilled block has great influence on compressive strength, hollow filling can improve the bearing capacity of concrete block in a large scale. According to the study results, this paper suggests apply circular through hole block in separation wall support along the gob-side entry retaining, relevant circular hole size is decided according to the required strength.
