绿色照明已成为世界各国推动节能减排、减缓气候变化的有效途径和重要抓手。随着我国加速推动节能减排和绿色照明的规划,智能照明产品的开发与设计工作也在不断推进,而传统的产品开发与设计方法存在开发周期长和成本高的问题。在此背景下,将产品族的模块化设计方法引入智能照明领域,缩短了产品的开发与设计周期,对快速、高效的产品开发与设计起到了关键作用。同时,在智能照明产品开发过程中,以用户为中心的体验设计可以实现产品开发的舒适化和情感化,增加智能照明产品使用的愉悦感。本文结合现代设计理论和方法,提出基于产品族模块化的智能照明体验设计研究。主要研究内容如下: 首先,概述了智能照明产品及其发展趋势,接着重点介绍了产品族模块化及体验设计理论。对产品族的模块化设计的概念、划分原则、类型、设计流程、整合匹配方法和评价方法进行了详细的阐述,对体验设计的概念、原则、评估及测试方法进行了详细的说明,并阐述了两者之间的关系,为此后的设计研究工作奠基。 然后,基于智能照明层面,重点研究智能照明产品族模块划分及模块库构建。明确了智能照明产品族的模块库划分原则,并从功能结构、外观造型、人机交互和附加价值这四个视角对智能照明产品模块库进行了构建。其次,基于体验设计理论,对智能照明的人机交互模块库和附加价值模块库进行了优化,促进高质量智能照明产品模块库的构建。 最后,通过定制化产品案例,进行产品族模块化应用于智能照明产品设计有效性的验证。研究结果表明:基于产品族模块化和体验设计的智能照明产品设计,提高了产品的设计效率,丰富了产品的体验层次,其成果不仅能够满足变化多端的市场需求及个性化的客户需求,而且为日后智能照明产品开发的变型、演化和升级提供参考。 |

Green lighting has become an influential and essential starting point for all countries to promote energy conservation and emission reduction and mitigate climate change. With the acceleration of energy conservation, emission reduction, and green lighting planning in China, the development and design of intelligent lighting products are also constantly advancing, while the traditional product development and design methods have the problems of the long development cycle and high cost. In this context, the modular design method of the product family is introduced into the field of intelligent lighting, which shorts the development and design cycle of products, and plays a key role in rapid and efficient product development and design. At the same time, in the process of intelligent lighting product development, user-centered experience design can realize the comfort and emotion of product development, and increase the pleasure of using intelligent lighting products. Combined with modern design theories and methods, this paper proposes research on intelligent lighting experience design based on product family modularization. The main research contents are as follows: Firstly, the intelligent lighting products and their development trend are summarized, and then the product family modularization and experience design theory are introduced. The concept, division principle, type, design process, integration and matching method, and evaluation method of the modular design of the product family are described in detail. The concept, principle, evaluation, and testing method of experience design are described in detail, and the relationship between the two is described, laying a foundation for the subsequent design research work. Then, based on the level of intelligent lighting, the module division and module library construction of the intelligent lighting product family are studied. The principle of division of intelligent lighting product family is clarified, and the module library of intelligent lighting products is constructed from the perspectives of functional structure, appearance, human-computer interaction, and added value. Secondly, based on experience design theory, the human-computer interaction module library and value-added module library of intelligent lighting are optimized to promote the construction of a high-quality intelligent lighting product module library. Finally, the effectiveness of product family modularization applied to intelligent lighting product design is verified through customized product cases. The results show that: The intelligent lighting product design based on product family modularization and experience design improves the design efficiency of products and enriches the experience level of products. The results can not only meet the changing market demand and personalized customer demand but also provide a reference for the future development of intelligent lighting products, evolution, and upgrade. |
