变电站自动化技术经过十多年的发展已经达到一定的水平,先前建成的变电站基本都采用综合自动化系统。然而一些影响传统变电站安全运行的问题在综自站中仍然无法解决。如:设备之间通过大量的电缆连接,模拟信号的传输存在电磁干扰及附加误差;二次回路安全性差;一次设备的在线监测信息不能共享;缺乏统一的信息模型和通信标准,站内信息不能共享,造成物理设备的重复使用和浪费。 针对以上问题,通过传统技术手段已无法解决和避免,而这些问题的解决恰好是数字化变电站的特点和优势,因此,本次设计正是基于此,对汉中鑫源110kV变电站进行数字化工程改造设计。 由于数字化变电站在我国尚处起步阶段,因此,在鑫源110kV变电站项目改造的设计过程中,借鉴国内外数字化改造的成功经验,采用基于IEC61850标准的数字化信息网络,提出了系统实施的方案,并进行了部分设备数字化选型等工作。 通过改造,达到了简化了二次回路,减少了自动化设备数量,节约投资,提高变电站自动化的整体可靠性;利用新型互感器技术,提高保护正确动作率;采用统一建模技术和通信接口,方便了设备的升级维护,以利于变电站的扩建。该项目的完成,必将对今后类似的工程提供宝贵的经验。

Substations automation technology have reached a certain level after more than ten years of development,the substations built in previous years adopt comprehensive automation system mostly. However, some problems that affect the safe operation of the traditional substations are still unsolved in the comprehensive automation system substations. such as: equipment are connected by a large numbers of cable, there exist the electromagnetic interference and additional errors in the transmission of simulate signal; poor security exist in secondary circuit; the online monitoring information of the primary device can not be shared, lack of a unified information model and communication standards, the station information can not be shared, resulting in the re-use and waste of physical equipment. For the above problems, it can not be solved and avoided through traditional technologies but it is just the characteristic and advantage of digital substation to solve these problems, therefore, the design that 110kV substation digital engineering. reform of Hanzhong Xinyuan is based on this. As the digitalization substations in China is still in elementary stage, therefore, in the design process of 110kV substation reform projects of Xinyuan, according to the successful experience of digital transformation at home and abroad , adopting digital information network that is based on IEC61850 standard. And Bring forward a implementation plan of this system and part of digital selection of the equipment and so on. Through the design, to simplify the secondary circuit, reduce the number of automation equipment, saving investment, and improve the overall reliability of substation automation; use new transformer technology and increase the right action rate of protection, and by using unified modeling technology and communication interface, make it convenient for the upgrading and maintenance of the equipment and in order to expand substations. The completion of the project, will provide valuable experience to the similar projects in future.
