随着企业之间的竞争程度更为激烈,层次更加深入,维度更趋多元化,人才成为企业在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地的重要因素。企业想要实现增收,拥有高素质精英和生产高效,培训是必不可少的手段,但培训效果的评估却存在一些问题。榆神能源公司的员工培训效果不明显,培训的有效性缺失。所以,对培训效果的评估就成为实现员工个人价值与企业发展的有效融合,并在市场竞争中占据优势地位的主要问题。 榆神能源公司历来十分注重员工的培训,在员工培训方面投入了大量的人力物力和财力,但是培训的效果却不尽如人意,没有达到预期的效果。针对此问题,首先,论文坚持理论与实践相结合,通过对国内外培训效果评估的先进理论进行深入研究及客观评价,为榆神能源公司的员工培训效果评估的研究奠定理论基础。其次,对榆神能源公司培训工作及员工培训效果评估现状进行调研,分析该公司员工培训效果评估存在的问题及产生此类问题的原因。再次,以柯克帕特里克四层次培训效果评估模型为理论基础,设计榆神能源公司员工培训效果评估模型。最后,运用该评价模型对对榆神能源公司培训项目中的《煤炭经营管理及计量管理》课程进行了员工培训效果评估研究成果实施验证,验证了煤炭企业员工培训效果评估设计成果的科学性、实用性与有效性。 通过建立员工培训效果评估指标体系,构建培训效果评估模型,并对榆神能源公司员工培训效果进行评估,结果表明本论文对榆神能源公司员工培训有重要的指导意义。

Income of enterprises want to achieve, elite has high quality and efficient production, means of training is necessary, but there are some problems in the evaluation of training effectiveness. YuShen energy company staff training effect is not obvious, the effectiveness of the training. So for training effect evaluation is to realize personal value and the effective integration of enterprise development, and occupy the dominant position in the market competition of the main problem. Yushen energy company has always attached great importance to staff training, staff training in invested a large amount of manpower and financial resources, but the effect of training is not satisfactory, did not reach the expected effect. In view of this, first of all, the thesis insists the combination of theory and practice, through to the domestic and foreign training effect evaluation of advanced theory in-depth study and objective evaluation, Yushen energy company staff training effect evaluation laid the theoretical foundation for the research. Secondly, Yushen energy company job training and staff training effectiveness evaluation of the status quo of research, analysis of the company staff training effectiveness evaluation problems and reasons for such problems. Again, on Kirkpatrick four level training effect evaluation model as the theoretical basis, design elm God energy company staff training effectiveness assessment model. Finally, the use of the evaluation model of Yushen energy company training program in the "coal business management and measurement management" courses of training effect evaluation of research results, the implementation of the verification, verify the coal enterprise staff training effectiveness evaluation of design results of scientific, practicability and effectiveness of. Through the establishment of training effect evaluation index system, to construct the training effect evaluation model, and of Yushen energy company employee training effect is evaluated.
