摘要 团险是一个企业为员工充实福利体系的重要部分之一,其重要性越来越成为各个企业关注的焦点,各大保险公司的团险业务也成为越来越重要的业务之一,在团险业务快速发展中面临着巨大的机遇,当然同样也存在着一定的挑战和风险。在团险发展过程中,就有团险业务部绩效考核面临的困难,而且是比较大的难题之一。 首先通过文献查阅法,从绩效考核的国内外研究现状着手,分别介绍了国内和国外关于绩效考核的研究状况,又进一步阐述了绩效考核的相关理论,为下一步的研究奠定了坚实的理论基础。其次通过运用问卷调查法、深度访谈法,对A保险公司团险业务部目前的绩效考核体系进行了详细的分析,提出了团险业务部的绩效考核体系所面临的五大问题,即:考核定位较为模糊、员工对绩效考核缺乏认知度、没有随公司战略的更新而改变、缺乏对销售人员的指导作用、缺乏一定的沟通及反馈。针对这些问题,从设计目标、设计原则、思路、指标内容、权重设计、考核方法、结果应用等几个方面展开研究,对A保险公司团险业务部的绩效考核体系进行了优化和改善,最后分别从组织、文化、制度和技术几个方面提出了保障绩效考核体系得以顺利推行和实施的相关措施,对我国保险公司建立有效的团险业务部绩效考核体系有很好的借鉴意义。

ABSTRACT Group insurance is one of the important parts of the welfare system that an enterprise enriches for its employees. So, the group insurance business of major insurance companies has become one of the more and more important business. The rapid development of group insurance business faces great opportunities, but there are also certain challenges and risks. In the development process of group insurance, there are difficulties in the performance assessment of the group insurance business department, which is one of the bigger problems. This paper first introduces the domestic and foreign research status of performance appraisal through literature review, and further elaborates the relevant theories of performance appraisal, laying a solid theoretical foundation for the next research. The second is by using the method of questionnaire and depth interview, with A group of an insurance company business department present performance appraisal system has carried on the detailed analysis, put forward the group insurance department performance appraisal system facing the five problems, namely: the evaluation to have clear positioning, employee performance appraisal is A lack of awareness, no change with the updating of corporate strategy, lack of sales staff guidance, lack of communication and feedback. To solve these problems, from the design goal, design principle, train of thought, content, weight of design, evaluation methods, the application study of several aspects, such as, to A group of an insurance company business department performance evaluation system is optimized and improved, finally respectively from the aspects of organization, culture, system and technology of several proposed security performance appraisal system to carry out and implement relevant measures, establish effective insurance company in the group insurance department performance evaluation system has a good reference.
