数字矿山(Digital Mine,DM)是我国矿业信息化建设面临的重大课题,也是保障合理开发与利用有限矿山资源,提高矿山企业自动化、数字化、网络化、信息化的应用程度,保证煤炭安全生产和运营,加速矿山安全高效建设的新型理论和有效技术手段。通过数字化技术实现煤炭能源矿山企业多级信息资源共享、矿山内部结构管理可视化、准确预测地质构造对开采影响、优化开采参数和安全预警等,已成为当今保障矿山安全高效快速建设与生产的关键技术之一。
本研究针对神新能源公司的地域特征、矿井分布特点和复杂开采条件等特点,采用实地调查、理论分析和应用实践等方法手段,研究了神新能源公司数字矿山架构并进行了应用实践。首先,基于国内外数字化矿山建设成果调查、对比和分析数字矿山构成体系和应用现状,提出了神新能源公司数字化矿山的架构层级体系,为科学有序的建立数字空间中的企业管理应用模式奠定基础。再次,以乌东煤矿数字矿山架构设计为典型目标,通过对信息化基础环境与SWOT分析(Strength Weaknesses Opportunities Threats,SWOT),提出乌东煤矿数字矿山架构实现方法。最后,针对乌东煤矿急倾斜特厚煤层多源气体致灾综合预警难题,研发了符合井工矿实际,具备井下现场取样、现场分析,并且能够与相关矿用系统实现集成与控制的致灾气体综合监测预警系统。应用实践表明:本系统可实时采集数据,综合分析相关气体指标,揭示混合可燃气体的爆炸上下限和爆炸性混合气体失爆点浓度(LTN)分布规律,定量确定采空区三带分布区域,保障了急倾斜煤层水平分段综放工作面安全开采。
本研究为数字矿山技术在保障西部煤矿地下安全开采的应用提供了成功范例。这对西部矿山安全快速建设、煤炭能源产业结构调整和矿区稳定协调发展提供有力支撑。

Digital mine (Digital Mine, DM) is a major issue in the informatization construction for mines in our country, but also to protect the reasonable development and utilization of resource in mines, enhance the application level of mines enterprise automation, digitization, networking, information, to ensure safety production and operation for coal mines, which can accelerate the new theory and effective technical means for the safe and efficient mine construction. Through the digital technology to achieve the multilevel information resources sharing for mining coal enterprises, internal structure visualization management and accurate prediction of influence induced by geological structure, optimization of mining parameters and safety warning, which has become one of the key technologies to ensure the safety and rapid construction and production for mines.
According to the regional features, mine distribution characteristic and complicated mining conditions and other characteristics in Shenxin energy company, digital mine architecture of Shenxin energy company and practical application are accomplished by the field investigation, theoretical analysis and practical application and other means.First, based on the investigation of domestic and foreign digital mine construction achievements, digital mines constitute system and application status are compared and analysed, architecture hierarchical system for digital mine is proposed for Shenxin energy company, which settles the foundation for scientific and orderly establishing digital enterprise management application pattern. Again, as the typical target of Wudong coal mine digital mine architecture design, through the basis of information environment and SWOT analysis (strengths weaknesses opportunities threats, SWOT), the digital mine architecture implementation method for Wudong coal mine is proposed.Finally, anginst the problem of multi-source gas disaster early warning at mine steeply dipping and extra-thick coal seam in Wudong coal, the gas disaster comprehensive monitoring and early warning system according with the actual coal mine are researched and developed, which has the function of sampling and field analysis on-site, and achieving the integration and control of with other related mining system. Practical application shows that the system can achieve the real-time data collection, comprehensive analyse on the index revealed gas and reveal the mixed combustible gas explosion limit and flash point concentration (LTN) distribution of mixed explosive gas, three areas at mined out region are quantitative determined, which protects the safety mining in the steeply dipping coal seam and sub-level section of top coal caving working face.
This study provides a successful example for the application of the digital mine technology in the protection of underground coal mine. This provides a strong support for the rapid and safety construction of mine, coal energy industry structure adjustment and mine stability and coordination development in the west mine.
