煤矿井下调度系统对于辅助运输车辆安全、有序运行意义重大,而监控分站作为井下调度系统的重要组成部分,承担着与地面主站进行数据交换的任务,因此其工作可靠性直接影响整个煤矿井下调度系统能否顺利进行工作。针对煤矿井下调度系统监控分站主要工作如下: (1)根据煤矿井下实际工作情况,结合调度系统功能要求与设计要求确定其总体方案;参考井下工作面巷道结构完成调度系统分站方案设计。 (2)分别对煤矿井下窄车道直线型巷道、宽车道直线型巷道、三岔型巷道行车策略进行设计;深入分析几种常用无线通信技术,对基于距离的定位算法与非距离算法进行比较;对于节点位置算法中三边测量法与三角测量法进行分析比较,并确定最终研究方案。 (3)根据井下调度系统分站功能要求完成其结构设计与控制器选型,对调度系统分站中位置识别模块、信号牌模块、环境检测模块、网关模块等进行选型设计。 (4)依据井下调度系统分站软件设计要求,完成系统主程序设计以及信号灯模块、位置识别模块、ID设置模块、通信设置等子程序设计工作并进行调试;搭建调度系统分站实验台并进行实验,实验结果表明,设计行车策略可行,经过改进的定位方法提高定位精度。验证了设计的矿用胶轮车调度分站定位监控系统可靠性。

The mine coal dispatching system plays an important role in the normal operation of the auxiliary transport vehicle, as a significant part of the system, the monitoring substation is assigned for achieving the data switching with the overground controller. Therefore, the monitoring substation’s reliability could affect the normal operation of the mine coal dispatching system. The research of monitoring substation on the mine coal dispatching system as follows: Firstly, the global plan of the dispatching system is confirmed by its requirement and the working environment of coal mining. And the schedule of the monitoring substation is confirmed by the tunnel structure. Secondly, the algorithm of narrow lane straight roadway, straight lane and trident roadway are determined on coal mining. Several normal wireless communication technology are analysed detailedly. The distance-based, non distance-based algorithm are compared and analysed. The ultimate method is confirmed on the basis of the compare of two channels. Thirdly, the structure and the controller are ascertained by the requirement of dispatching system. And its position-identification module, signal module and environment-detection module and gateway module are selected scientificly. At last, the system’s master program, subprograms of signal lamp module, position identification module, ID setup module and communication setting are written and debugged on the basis of the requirement of the mine coal dispatching system. The system’s experiment table is established in order to test the validity and practicability of research above. The reality and practicability of the system mentioned above are verified correctly by the experiment.
