近年来,大多数大型煤炭企业逐渐开始关注并重视企业文化的作用,明白文化对于企业软实力提升的意义,开始尝试发展建设企业的文化来带动生产经营,以促进企业的健康长久发展,这种现象俨然成为了国际上企业管理领域的新趋势,同时也得到了大多眼光长远、才智卓越的企业家的认同和支持。但是由于煤炭行业的特殊背景,以及受制于资源、环境等因素,该类企业往往会面临诸如安全意识不高、人才流失不少、管理缺陷较大、节约意识欠缺等实际问题的挑战。因此立足现实、面向未来、科学规划、系统推进,如何提升企业文化软实力成为当下煤炭企业亟需解决的重大课题。 本文在研究企业文化软实力的概念、基本内涵、形成机理以及影响因素的基础上,运用现代企业文化理论,以榆神公司企业文化软实力为研究对象,深入剖析了影响榆神公司企业文化软实力建设的内、外部因素;并运用层次分析法对榆神公司企业文化软实力的水平进行了测评,以求系统地把握该企业在文化建设方面的现状和不足;然后运用AHP分析法,对榆神公司企业文化软实力的各项指标做出了分析;最后针对榆神公司企业文化软实力提升存在的问题提出了相应的对策和建议。提升榆神公司企业文化软实力不仅对于公司管理水平有重要意义,而且对于公司创新能力的提高也有重要意义,也是提升品牌竞争力的需要。

In recent years, most large coal enterprises have gradually started to pay attention and focus on the role of corporate culture, to understand the cultural soft power to enhance the significance of the building began to try to develop the corporate culture to boost production and management, in order to promote long-term healthy development of enterprises, which phenomenon has become a new trend in the field of international business management,but also by most of the long-term vision, intellect superior recognition and support entrepreneurs. However, due to the special context of the coal industry, and subject to the resources, environment and other factors, such enterprises often face such as safety awareness is not high, lost a lot of talent, management deficiencies greater awareness of the practical problems such as lack of conservation challenges. So based on reality, future-oriented, scientific planning, the system forward, how to enhance the soft power of culture has become a major issue in the current coal enterprises need to solve. In this paper, on the basis of the study of concept of corporate culture in the soft power, the basic content, the formation mechanism as well as influencing factors,make the analysis and evaluation of Yushen’s cultural soft power, and make a depth analysis of the impact of Yushen company soft power within the corporate culture and the external factors; and use the AHP horizontal soft power of Yushen corporate culture assessment carried out in order to grasp the system status and lack of enterprise culture building; next, use AHP make an analysis for advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of Yushen corporate culture and soft power; and finally gives the relevant policies and suggestions to enhance the soft power of Yushen company based on corporate culture.Enhance YuShen company enterprise culture soft strength not only has important significance for the company's management level, and for the company's innovation ability raise also has important significance, is also a need to enhance the brand competitiveness.
