随着物联网技术的迅速发展,我国建设智慧城市的进程也不断向前推进。被称作城市“生命线”的市政管线,肩负着城市中通信、电力、燃气、供热、给排水等信息和能源输送的使命,是保障城市运行的重要基础设施,其信息化建设是实现智慧城市的关键。然而目前的现实情况是城市市政管线系统仍然停留在数字化图纸阶段,对管线的管理仍然沿用传统的方法,无法快速应对突发情况,市政管理部门无法对管线进行精细化管理,也无法为管线用户提供统一的服务。物联网技术可以为解决上述问题提供一个可行的思路。
本课题以碑林区科技局项目为背景,设计并实现了基于物联网技术的市政管线标识监测系统。该系统在实施过程中需要将无源RFID标签附着在通信线路等埋深较浅的管线上,若是城市污水管网等埋深较深的管线,则将标签附着在地表,以完成对目标管线的精确识别与定位。课题的设计思路是使用Android移动终端控制RFID读写器扫描以及读写RFID标签并与管网信息服务器进行信息交互,在管线施工时完成管线多媒体信息的采集、管线施工信息的批量上传;在管线巡检时完成管线派工信息的查询、待巡检管线信息的下载,同时结合百度地图辅助工作人员进行巡检,并将异常信息批量上传至服务器;在管线维修时下载需要维修的管线信息,结合百度地图辅助工作人员进行维修,并将维修信息上传至服务器。作为课题的延伸,本文研究并完成了管线的远程监测,利用无线传感器网络感知管网的重要运行参数,并将其传送至远程服务器,作为管线预警或报警的数据基础。
本系统标识部分经过在实验室条件下的测试,各功能模块基本完成了预期要求,验证了方案的可行性、系统功能的正确性以及软件的可靠性;针对管线远程监测部分进行了实验室和户外类管网环境下的实验,其中管网监测数据的采集和传输功能均正确实现,对于项目的实际应用具有重要的参考意义。

With the rapid development of the Internet of things technology, the process of our country’s smart city construction is also moving forward. The municipal pipelines called the “lifeline” of city have the missions of communications, electricity, gas, heating, drainage, and energy transport. It is the important infrastructure to protect city operation. And its information construction is the key to realize the smart city. However the current situation is that the system of municipal pipelines still stay in the digital drawing, and has no way to quickly respond to emergencies. Government departments cannot fine management of the pipeline, but also cannot provide a unified service for the pipeline users. The Internet of things technology can provide a feasible way to solve the above problems.
The project of Beilin Technology Bureau is the background of this thesis.In this article, we design and implement municipal pipeline identification monitoring system based on IOT Technology. In the implementation of this system, we attach passive RFID tags to communication lines and other shallow depth of pipeline, if the pipeline is buried too deep like sewage pipe, the label will be attached to the surface, to complete the target line accurately identify and locate. Article design idea is to use the Android mobile terminal controls the RFID reader to scan and read-write RFID tag with network information server for information exchange, complete the construction of the line multimedia information collection, information network construction bulk upload; Complete routine maintenance query pipeline dispatching information in the pipe network inspection, pipeline download information, combined with Baidu map auxiliary staff inspection and exception information bulk upload server; When in need of repair pipeline repair download information, combined with Baidu map support staff for maintenance and repair information upload server. As an extension of the subject, we study and complete the acquisition of important operating parameters remotely through a wireless sensor network and transmission placed in the pipeline to monitor the pressure and temperature sensors, the value of the pipe network, and transmits it to a remote server, the monitoring data as a data base for monitoring and early warning line.
After the test under lab conditions, every function module of the system basically completes the expected requirements. And the results verify feasibility of the scheme, correctness of the system function and reliability of the software. According to the network running parameer monitoring, the laboratory and outdoor experiments have been done. And the functions of collection and transfer are correct, which has important reference value for the practical application of the project.
