无功损耗是电能损耗的主要组成部分,无功功率在线路中的传输对电力系统及工矿企业配电网有非常不良的影响。煤矿企业是重要的用电大客户,减少供电系统中的电能损耗是降低采煤成本的重要措施之一。随着综采掘进工作面机械化程度的不断提高,煤矿产煤量的大幅增长,使得工作面电气设备总装机容量和单机功率显著加大,电源到用电设备的距离大大加长。用电设备对无功功率的消耗,使得煤矿井下供配电系统出现功率因数偏低、负荷端电压偏低、设备启动困难等问题。采用无功功率补偿技术能够减少井下配电网的线路损耗和变压器的无功损耗,提高供配电系统的电能质量,改善供电环境,降低采煤系统的电力运行成本,从而达到节能降耗的目的。
本课题针对张家峁矿井综采工作面供配电系统存在的供电问题,通过对工作面关键电气参数的测试与分析,明确了张家峁煤矿综采工作面供电系统主要存在功率因数较低、负荷端电压偏低、谐波含量较大等问题。在比较各种无功补偿技术的基础上,选用了动态无功补偿SVG技术对综采工作面存在的问题进行综合治理,进行无功补偿方案的设计,并进行了项目的安装与实施。
通过对现场运行效果分析,表明根据不同电压等级用电设备选用了两种不同电压等级补偿装置的补偿方案,增强了综合补偿效果,提高了供电系统的可靠性、安全性和经济性。

Reactive loss is a major component of the Electric energy loss, the reactive power in lines transmission for power systems and mining enterprises industrial distribution network have very adverse effects. Coal mining enterprises is an important large electricity customers, reducing the Electric energy loss of the power supply system is one of the important measures to reduce mining costs. With mechanized mining working surface mechanization continuous improvement,the coal production increased significantly, making working surface electrical equipment the total installed capacity and stand-alone power significantly increased,the power to increase the distance of electrical equipment. Electrical equipment on reactive power consumption, making the coal mine supply and distribution system arise low power factor, low load terminal voltage, the device starts difficulties, and other issues. Using reactive power compensation techniques can reduce the loss of underground distribution network lines and transformer reactive power loss and improve power quality of supply and distribution system, improve the power supply environment, reduce the cost of electricity to run the mining system, so as to achieve energy saving purposes.
This subject for Zhangjiamao mine fully mechanized coal face supply and distribution system exists power supply problem. According to working surface the key of electrical parameters by testing and analysis. This article clearly Zhangjiamao mine fully mechanized coal face supply and distribution system mainly exists the low power factor, the low load terminal voltage, the larger harmonic content and other issues. On the basis of comparison of various reactive compensation technology, the choice of dynamic reactive power compensation SVG technology mechanized mining face the problems in a comprehensive way, reactive power compensation program design, and installation and implementation of the project.
Through on-site analysis of operating results, Show that, according to different voltage levels of electrical equipment, the choice of two different voltage levels compensation package compensation device. Enhance the comprehensive compensation effect and improve the power system reliability, safety and economy.
