自动跟踪补偿消弧线圈主要应用在6KV-35KV中低压配电网中。在发生单相接地故障时,消弧线圈的电感电流能有效地补偿电网的对地电容电流,从而减小故障点接地电流,熄灭电弧。因此消弧线圈的正确调谐对于改善电网供电质量,提高电网运行的安全性和供电可靠性有着至关重要的作用。 本文首先分析了中性点谐振接地系统的谐振原理和调谐方式,及常用的多种接地电容电流检测方法,指出了传统消弧线圈存在的问题。并对有源逆变技术和可调电抗器理论进行了深入的研究,论证了该理论在谐振系统中应用的可能性。提出一种有源补偿消弧线圈设计方案,阐述了其结构和工作原理,具体论述了消弧控制方式和谐振时电容电流检测方法。 其次对有源消弧线圈的三种常用的控制技术进行了详细的分析比较,采用三角波比较的电流控制策略能很好的实现精确补偿故障状态下系统对地电容电流的要求,并使得功率器件的频率保持恒定,动态响应快。 最后从理论上论证了这种消弧线圈的可行性,并对有源消弧线圈系统补偿方案进行了全面的Matlab/Simulink建模仿真,从仿真结果上检验了有源消弧线圈息弧的正确性,其克服了有级调谐固有的缺点,可以实现对接地容性电流的精确补偿。本文还提出了系统设计优化方案,在不影响补偿性能的情况下进一步减小了功率开关频率,并得到了预期的补偿效果。

Arc-suppression coil with the function of auto-tracking and auto-compensating is mainly applied in 6KV-35KV middle-low distribution network.The inductive current supplied of arc-suppression coil can effectively compensate grounding capacitance current of the system while single-phase earth fault happens.Earth grounding current could be reduced and be crushed out.So adjusting resonance oscillation of the coil correctly has played crucial roles in ameliorating quality of network’s power supply and improving reliability and safety. The paper firstly analyses the resonant grounding’s principle and tuning mode of neutral grounding system,and commonly capacitance current detection methods.It indicates the problems of traditional coil and deeply researches active inverter technology and adjustable reactor theory.The text demonstrates this possibility that the theory uses in resonance system and puts forward a new kind design precept of the active arc-suppression coil.It has expounds its structure and work principle and specifically discusses the control mode of the coil and capacitance current diction method when resonance happens. Secondly It makes detailed comparison about three methods of control technology of the coil,and draws a conclusion that adopting control strategy that compared with the current triangle wave can achieve very good precisely compensation requirements.And makes the frequency constant of the power components and quickly dynamic response. Finally it has been proved that this new theory is feasible for the kind coil.It carries a comprehensive Matlab/Simulink modeling simulation about compensation scheme.It has inspected the correctness of active arc-suppression coil that can extinguish arc from the simulation results. It has overcome the shortcomings of a level tuning and realized the precise compensation to the residual current.This paper also comes up with the system design optimization scheme.It gets a further step to reduce the power switch frequency that doesn’t affect compensation feature and makes an expect compensation effect.
