我国中厚煤层储量丰富，综采随着高产高效的优点日益突出和配套设备的重大进展，已经成为国内中厚煤层开采的主流技术。但是，由于煤层赋存条件的不同，矿井采用综采技术后所显现的矿压规律并不完全一样。同时，由于综采支架发展很快，支架在不同煤层赋存条件下会出现适应性不好的情况。小纪汗煤矿作为国家规划的“陕北侏罗纪煤田榆横矿区（北区）”第一个千万吨级现代化矿井，对其进行工作面矿压规律和支架适应性研究具有着重要的现实与理论意义。 论文以小纪汗矿11203综采面采场和巷道为主要研究对象在现场调研了工程地质概况的基础上，理论分析了综采工作面上覆岩层结构及运动规律，对11203综采面进行液压支架支护工作阻力、两巷超前应力分布、两巷围岩表面位移等方面进行监测，较全面掌握监测工作面的矿压显现规律及工作面沿走向、倾向方向的应力分布特征。同时对支架适应性进行研究，通过提高液压支架初撑力以保证支架的支护效率，增强支架适应性，以保证工作面安全、高效的生产。该研究对揭示并总结该种煤层赋存条件下，工作面和巷道矿压显现规律，完善相应开采技术及支护措施，保证工作面的高产高效具有重要的意义。

Basied on the investgate of engineering geology of in Xiaojihan coal mine, This present paper takes stope and roadway of 11203 Coalface in Xiaojihan coal mine as research objects,analysized the mechanized mining face structure and movement of overlying strata in theory.Have a monitor on the roadway of 11203 Coalfac, the main aspects include hydraulic support quality, two-lane ahead of the stress distribution and two-lane country rock surface,By it we have a comprehensive grasp on the Stress distribution and the law of the stress with fifferent strike and driections.Meanwhile, Study on aaptability of hdraulic Support, esure a good adaption always there.The study revealed and summarized in this kind of coal seam conditions, Face and roadway laws of strata behavior, improve mining technology and support appropriate measures to ensure that face high yield and efficiency is of great significance.
