冯家塔煤矿属浅埋煤层,主采煤层为2#、4#煤,煤层间距小,下煤层开采过程中易出现矿压显现剧烈、巷道支护变形量大与顶板管理困难等一系列安全问题。研究近距离煤层群煤柱留设和下部煤层巷道合理位置及支护技术,对于改善下层煤巷道受力状况,提高加固效果,降低巷道变形量等具有重要的意义。 论文以冯家塔煤矿下层煤高效开采为目标,通过理论分析、矿压观测和数值模拟方法,对4#煤回采巷道布置方式、煤柱留设和巷道支护方式与效果进行分析,设计了4#煤层区段煤柱合理宽度、上下煤层煤柱的合理外错距离,提出了回采巷道锚-网-索支护方案及合理支护参数。研究表明:4#煤层运输巷顶板松动圈一般在2m左右,左帮围岩松动圈范围较右帮大,老顶垮落后顶板松动范围会进一步增大,右帮比左帮松动范围大,4#煤层区段煤柱合理宽度为20m,4#煤层回采巷道布置时应避免将巷道布置在2#残余煤柱下方,上下煤层煤柱的合理外错距离为8~15m,4#煤层回采巷道使用锚索和锚杆联合支护,顶板锚索规格为φ15.24×8000mm,间排距为1800mm×3000mm,锚杆规格为φ20×2000mm,间排距为900mm×1000mm,帮部锚杆规格为φ20×2000mm,间排距为900mm×1000mm。1404工作面回采巷道矿压显现现场测试结果表明,给出的支护设计方案可以有效改善巷道围岩应力水平,显著控制巷道表面位移,巷道支护效果良好,为在类似条件下推广该技术提供了借鉴。

Fengjiata mine is shallow buried coal seam,main mining coal seam is 2#, 4# coal, small spacing. In the process of coal seam mining, there is a series of safety problems, such as severe mining pressure, large deformation of tunnel support and roof management. Study on the reasonable position and supporting technology of mining roadway and the coal pillar in the near distance coal seam group, it is significant to improve the stress condition of the coal tunnel in the lower coal seam, improve the reinforcement effect, reducing roadway deformation. This paper with the aim of the Fengjiata mine the lower coal mining efficiency, analyzing Fengjiata coal mine 4# coal mining tunnel layout, coal pillar and tunnel supporting method by theoretical analysis, mining pressure observation and numerical simulation method; 4# coal roadway roof loose circle around 2m in general, the roadway left wall surrounding rock loose circle is larger than the right, loose circle will further increase after the basic roof falling, the roadway right wall surrounding rock loose circle is larger than the left, designing the reasonable width of coal pillars in coal seam 4# is 20m, reasonable stagger distance of upper and lower coal seams is 8~15m, combined support of anchor and bolt used in the 4# coal seam mining roadway, roof anchor specification is φ15.24 × 8000mm, row & line is 1800×3000mm, bolt specification is φ20 × 2000mm, row & line is 900×1000mm, the wall of roadway bolt specification is φ20×2000mm, row & line is 900×1000mm. The combination supporting scheme is putting forward. Fengjiata coal mine 1404 working face test results in situ surface show that the supporting design can effectively improve the stress level of surrounding rock mass, mining roadway surface displacement is significantly controlled, tunnel supporting effect is better, providing a reference for the popularization of the technology under similar conditions.
