铁路桥梁是现代化交通的重要组成部分,桥梁使用的安全性对国民经济有着举足轻重的影响,因此对桥梁健康状况需要长期的检测。由于技术水平的限制,我国对铁路桥梁的安全检测一直以人工方法为主,主要采用有线方式,存在布线繁琐、费时长等缺点。 本文结合嵌入式手持终端设备在工业控制中的应用,针对目前国内铁路桥梁健康状况检测系统存在结构复杂、成本过高、难以长期检测等一系列问题,并根据整个课题的需求,提出了铁路桥梁健康状况检测系统的手持接收终端的设计方案。该终端是基于ARM9硬件平台,嵌入式Windows CE系统平台和Wi-Fi无线通信技术,通过无线方式接收各种参数,并对数据进行显示、报警、存储、查询等操作。工作人员借助操作系统友好的人机界面可以直观获取桥梁状态参数信息,并通过历史数据查询有效的分析桥梁状态参数的变化趋势,从而满足对铁路桥梁进行长期监控的要求。 文章首先介绍了国内外桥梁健康状况检测系统的发展状况及应用现状和嵌入式技术发展状况。随后文章通过分析铁路桥梁健康状况检测系统的工作原理和手持接收终端的功能需求,提出了一种基于Windows CE的嵌入式铁路桥梁健康状况检测系统接收终端方案,来实现铁路桥梁健康状况检测参数信息的接收。紧接着,文章详细介绍了手持接收终端的具体设计过程,其中包括:嵌入式处理器的选择和主要接口电路,以及无线通信模块的选取;嵌入式Windows CE操作系统软件平台的定制和移植;Embedded Visual C++集成开发环境下的接收终端的应用软件开发。 最后对接收终端应用软件进行了测试,模拟了无线通信的功能,并测试了应用软件的数据显示、存储、查询、预警等操作。实验结果显示,达到了设计的要求。

The railway bridge is an important part of modern transportation, and the security of bridge use has a significant influence on the national economy,So the bridge health needs long-term detection. Due to technical level of railway bridge detection,the safety testing has been artificially method in our country,and using the cable way which is tedious and waste of time. In view of the application of embedded handheld device in industrial control and the present status of bridge detection system of railway bridge health in our country, such as complicated structure,expensive cost and the difficulty, and according to the whole subject needs,a handheld receiving terminal of detection system proposed. This terminal scheme was based on ARM9 hardware platform, embedded Windows CE platform and Wi-Fi Radio communication technology, it could receive various parameters by wireless mode, and carry on data display, alarm, storage, query and so on. The staff can directly access the parameters information of the current bridge condition, by the operating system’s friendly man-machine interface, and analysis the changing trend of the railway bridge parameters by historical data query, thus could meet the requirements of long-term detection. In this paper, first, the application of the detection system of bridge health at home and abroad and the development of Embedded Technology is described. Secondly, by analyzing the detection system of railway bridge health working principle and function of the demand for handheld devices, a Windows CE-based embedded the detection system of railway bridge health receiving terminal program to receive parameters of bridge health is proposed in this paper.Subsequently, the article introduced in detail the specific handheld receiving terminal process of design, including: the selection of embedded processor core and the main interface circuit; the customization and transplantation of embedded Windows CE operating system software platform customization and transplantation; the receiving terminal application software development under Embedded Visual C++ integrated development environment. At the end of this paper, the application software of receiving terminal was tested. The wireless communication function was tested in the simulation environment, and the data display,storage,query,early warning and so on were tested also. The result tested indicates that the application software machieves the design requirements basically.
