随着科学技术的迅速发展,航海雷达领域逐渐向数字化、智能化的方向迈进。船用导航雷达的发展日新月异,已成为船舶不可缺少的导航和避碰设备之一,对保障船舶航行安全有着举足轻重的意义。雷达收发机接收到的信号,必须通过雷达视频信号处理系统才能在显示器上显示,所以,雷达视频信号处理系统在航海雷达中起着举足轻重的作用。
雷达视频信号处理系统主要处理来自收发机的视频信号,相对于其它软硬件结合的信号处理系统,本文采用全软件系统进行处理。主要对雷达视频信号处理系统的单元合并,抗噪声,视频积累和目标展宽,扫掠相关和实时坐标转换等模块进行研究。在单元合并模块,提出采用插值合并法和权分复用法;坐标实时转换模块,提出一种新的方法—查表增量法,建立一个以极坐标下的方位和距离为下标的二维数组,而相应的直角坐标下的点就是此数组的数据内容。这样不但提高了运算速度,也能保证雷达显示系统的显示精度。
测试结果表明,本文设计的雷达视频信号处理系统可以提高运算速度,满足显示屏高精度的要求。运用软件技术实现雷达视频信号处理,降低成本,更适合中小型雷达用户的需求。雷达视频处理技术的研究,为导航雷达的发展和应用奠定了更加坚实的基础。

With the rapid development of science and technology, Marine radar field gradually changes into digital, intelligent direction; Development of marine navigation radar video signal processing technology has become more and more industry leaders of all ages. Since marine navigation radar has developed, it has become one of the ships’ indispensable navigation and collision avoidance equipments, which has a significant meaning to the protection of the safe navigation of the ship. Signals radar transponder receives can be displayed on the computer only processed by radar video signal processing system, therefore, the radar video signal processing system plays a more critical role in the maritime radar.
The main work of radar video signal processing system is to process video signals from transceivers, relative to other signal processing systems based on hardware and software, we use the whole software system for processing. On this basis, the paper focuses on studying the radar video signal processing system combine unit, anti-noise, video accumulation and goals broadening, sweep relevant and real-time coordinate conversion modules. In unit merge module, this paper presents the combined interpolation method and usage rights division multiplexing; In coordinate real-time conversion module, this paper presents a new approach - look-up table incremental method, to create a two-dimensional array whose indexes are azimuth and distance in polar coordinates and whose content is composed of corresponding rectangular coordinate points. This will not only increase the speed of operation, but also ensure the accuracy of the radar display system.
The test results show that each module algorithm of the radar video signal processing can increase the speed of operation, and meet the requirements of high accuracy of the display. Using software technology to achieve radar video signal processing, which reduces product costs, more suitable for small and medium sized radar users. Research of radar video processing technology has laid a more solid foundation for the development and application of navigation radar.
