宁东矿区是国家批准建设的13个亿吨级大型煤炭基地之一,其核心是在6.0米以上特厚煤层开采工艺和国产化采煤成套设备的突破。宁东矿区羊场湾开采技术条件复杂,煤层倾角8~15°,局部角度达20°,走向起伏角度8~12°,围岩节理与裂隙发育,侧压大,片帮与局部化冒顶严重,如何科学解决复杂条件下特厚煤层大采高安全高效开采技术是技术难题。 本论文以羊场湾煤矿复杂条件下特厚煤层大采高开采技术研究为背景,在深入调查与分析宁东矿区复杂地质赋存环境、大采高工作面地质特征和开采技术条件的前提下、采用岩石力学实验、物理相似模拟实验、三维数值计算和现场综合监测等方法与手段,深入剖析了复杂条件下特厚易燃煤层一次采全高工作面覆岩移动、矿压显现规律和大空间采空区煤岩运动的变异特征。科学合理地确定了特厚煤层一次采全高综采回采高度及设备关键技术参数;提出了复杂条件下特厚煤层大采高设备运行和回采安全保障技术,采取了有效的防倒防滑措施,确保了工作面支架的稳定性,有效遏制了架前冒顶和煤壁片帮,实现了安全高效开采。 本研究为宁东矿区乃至周边矿区特厚煤层高效安全开采提供了值得借鉴的先进工艺和技术,对我国煤矿开采工艺技术水平的提高产生了积极的推动作用和深远影响。

Ningdong mining area is one of the State constructions of 13 million tons of large coal bases and the core of which is the superthick mining technology above 6.0m and breaktrough in complete equipment for domestic production of coal mining. Yangchangwan coal mine’s conditions in Ningdong area of is complex, the dip angle of coal seam is 8~15°, and 20° in local, the trend of the rugged angle 8~12°, and the surrounding rock contains large of joints and cracks, side pressure is intensive, sloughing and localied roof fall seriously, how to solve complex conditions superthick in the high security and high efficiency mining technology is a technology problem. On the context of the largeheight minging technology of Yangchangwan coal mine’s heavy-thick seam with complex conditions, in extensive investigations and analysis of the Ningdong area complex geological environment, height face geology and mining conditions, under the premise of rock mechanics experiment, physics simulation experiment, three-dimensional numerical calculation and field monitoring methods and other means, we analysis profoundly the law of overlying strata and ground pressure of complex heavy-thick flammable under complex surrounding,otherwise, the coal and rock’s variations characteristic of large space mined-out-area is studied either. At last, scientific and rational mining height of heavy-thick seam mined with all highly mechanized mining and the key device’s parameter are detemined; besides these, equipment and security technology are made for the largeheight minging technology in heavy-thick seam with complicated conditions, to take effective measures to prevent slips, make sure of the stability of supports, preventing a caving before the supports and rib, which will implement secure and high-efficient mining. This study provides valuable advanced craft and techonology for the high efficient and safety mining in heavy-thick seam of Ningdong mining area, even the around mining areas, which will have a positive role in raising the level of China's coal mining technology and far-reaching impact.
