随着市场竞争的日趋激烈和信息技术的发展，越来越多的企业将企业资源计划（ERP）等信息技术应用到企业的管理中。如何通过信息技术优化制造企业质量管理流程、整合企业资源、实现质量信息的迅速传递和响应，实现各环节、各部门的协同运作和质量数据的科学分析与利用，推进企业质量改进和品牌提升，已是许多企业面临的重要课题。为此，研究ERP环境下的制造业质量管理信息系统对企业提高质量管理水平、赢得市场竞争具有重要意义。 本文在相关理论综述的基础上，分析了我国制造业质量管理现状、现有质量管理信息系统存在的问题及ERP在质量管理方面的不足，指出完善ERP环境下的质量管理信息系统功能模块势在必行。论文以ERP中采购模块为例，分析了其供应商选择与评价、合同管理和来料质量检验与验收三个部分的质量信息，构建了ERP环境下的采购质量信息功能模块。文章对ERP中质量功能完善后的各模块进行集成分析，建立了集成系统的质量信息关联图模型，提出了基于PDM的集成，实现了ERP中各模块之间的质量信息共享。最后，论文就质量管理信息系统的完善进行了阐述。本文对解决企业“信息孤岛”和构建ERP中的制造业质量信息系统功能模块具有一定的指导意义。

With the increasingly fierce market competition and development of information technology, more and more enterprises apply information technology such as enterprise resource planning (ERP) to the enterprise management. How to optimize the manufacturing enterprise quality management processes and integrate enterprise resources through information technology, to achieve rapid delivery and response of quality information and operation and coordination of the link and various departments, to reach the analysis and utilization of science quality data, then to promote the quality improvement and brand promotion, is an important issue faced by many enterprises. Therefore, it is very important to enterprise that studying the quality information management in the environment of ERP at improving the level of quality management and market competition. This paper on the basis of related theory review analyzes the status quo of manufacturing quality management and the existing problem of quality management information system, and the inadequate of ERP on quality management, that points out it is inevitable that perfect the function module of quality management information system under the ERP environment. This paper takes procurement module in ERP for example to analyze three parts quality information of supplier selection and evaluation, contract management and incoming quality inspection and acceptance, build the function module of procurement quality information under the ERP environment. the article does integration analysis to each module featured, establishes the quality information associated graph model of integrated system, proposes the integration based on PDM, realizes the quality information in ERP sharing between modules. Finally, the thesis describes the perfection of quality management information system.This paper has a certain direction to solves the "information island" and establish of the function module of quality management information system in ERP.
