“一通三防”是煤矿安全生产问题的核心,安全可靠的通风系统是矿井防治瓦斯、煤尘、火灾事故的关键。为了保证衰老矿井残煤的可采及复采性,保障衰老矿井安全生产,在综合考虑矿井通风基本任务和矿井通风系统的安全可靠性、技术可行性及经济合理性等基本要求的基础上,确定了衰老矿井通风系统优化改造评价指标体系,选择了优化改造方案,并对优化改造方案进行了数值模拟分析,对照分析结果进行了澄合矿区衰老矿井通风系统优化改造实践。 通过对矿井通风系统优化改造评价、通风网络解算及数值模拟分析方法等研究现状的探讨,分析了目前研究中存在的问题,确定了本文研究的内容、方向和方法。在此基础上,通过对衰老矿井和矿井生命周期的探讨,明确了衰老矿井的概念及其通风系统的特征,建立了14项衰老矿井通风系统优化改造评价指标,并综合运用层次分析法和专家打分法对各项指标进行了重要性排序,确定了各项指标的权重和权值。 在综合考虑生产接替安排、通风系统安全经济合理运行的基础上,运用已建立的矿井通风系统优化改造评价指标,从可行的优化改造方案中选择了最优方案。并通过建立衰老矿井巷道风流流动微分方程,利用Ansys Workbench 14.5数值模拟软件对衰老矿井通风系统优化改造方案进行了数值模拟分析,取得了良好的效果。运用固定风量分析法对澄合二矿和王村煤矿矿井通风系统进行通风网络解算,确定了矿井通风系统存在的问题,结合通风网络模拟解算结果提出的针对性优化改造方案进行了通风系统优化改造实践,并通过优化改造实践延长了矿井使用年限。

Ventilation is the key problem of coal-mine safety production. Safe and reliable ventilation system is crucial for the prevention and treatment of gas, coal dust and fire accident. In order to ensure the recoverability and repeated mining of residual coal in the aged coal-mine, thus guaranteeing safety production of the aged coal-mine, aged coal-mine ventilation system optimization and transformation evaluation indexes system which based on achieving the task of mine ventilation and meeting the requirements of safe reliability, technical feasibility and economic rationality were determined, the optimization and transformation scheme was selected, and numerical simulation software was used to analyze the optimization and transformation scheme. Contrast to the analysis result, specific optimization and modification scheme was put forward on the typical aged coal-mine in Chenghe mine. Through the discussion on the research status of mine ventilation system optimization and transformation evaluation, ventilation network calculation and numerical simulation analysis, the existed problems under study at present were analyzed, the contents, directions and methods of the research were determined. On this basis, through the discussion on the aged coal-mine and mine lifecycle, the concept of the aged coal-mine and the feature of its ventilation system were confirmed, 14 of the aged coal-mine ventilation system optimization and transformation evaluation indexes was built, analytic hierarchy process and expert scoring methodwere used to take the importance ranking on each index, and the weight of each index was fixed. Based on comprehensive consideration of production understudy assignment and safe, economical and reasonable operation of mine ventilation system, established mine ventilation system optimization and transformation evaluation indexes system was applied, feasible optimization and modification scheme was confirmed. Through the establishment of aged coal-mine roadway airflow flowing differential equation, and the effect of the optimization and modification on the aged coalmine ventilation system was verified by the Ansys Workbench 14.5 numerical simulation software at last, which has achieved a good result. Constant air volume mathematical analysis method was used to take ventilation network optimization on the mine ventilation system in № 2 coal mine in Chenghe Mine and Wangcun coal-mine, problems in mine ventilation system were confirmed, specific optimization and modification scheme was put forward according to simulate the calculation of ventilation network, mine service life was prolonged by the optimization and transformation practice.
