随着知识经济的快速发展,处于多变的社会大环境中的高职生,其世界观、人生观、价值观也都呈现出多元化趋势;同时社会对人才的需求标准也在发生巨大的变化,由单一的知识技能,转变为更加注重个人素质以及自身潜力的发掘。因而,高职院校的教学方法也应随之相应的改变。本文以柔性管理为视角,针对当前教育工作中的挑战和问题,研究了高职柔性教育的介入和实施问题,以供同类学校借鉴。 首先,本文结合高职教育的现状以及存在的问题,分析教育管理的关键在于增强教学系统的灵活性、敏捷性;提高教师工作主动性、积极性;充分发挥学生的个性及学习潜力。在此基础上,分析高职柔性教育介入的必要性和可行性。 其次,以陕西高职类院校为样本选取点,通过实证调查,分析高职教育中刚性管理的弊端。另外,通过教师工作效能影响因素、满意度调查、需求层次分析三个视角,经过统计分析,得出刚性管理产生的负面影响。同时,在学生方面,从师生关系、知识结构、学习兴趣和学习效率等方面进行了调查,得出刚性管理模式对人才培养的消极影响结论。 最后,针对价值观多元化背景下高职柔性教育介入的对策进行了研究,并给出了高职柔性教育介入的实现途径以及保障措施。本文针对高职柔性教育介入和实施的研究成果,对于同类学校制度改革、人才培养、师资管理以及文化建设等有一定的参考价值。

With the rapid development of knowledge economy, vocational students who live in this versatile social environment are facing ever-changing views about the world , life and values. At the same time, the needing level of talents changes dramatically and nowadays emphasis are puting more on comprehensive abilities than on simply skills. Thus, the teaching methods of vocational colleges should also be changed according to this trend. This paper studys flexible implemetation issues in view of current challenges and problems, and the conclusions may help similar schools. Firstly, with the study of the status quo and challenge of vocational education, this article draws the conclusion that the keys of education are enhancing the flexsibity of education system, the teachers’ ensusiasom towards their profession, and mobilizing students’ personality and studing potential. Thereafter analasis the necessity and feasibility of flexible vocational education intervention. Secondly, take the sample of vocational colleges in Shaanxi, the article analasis the defects of rigid management in vocational education. Additionally, though the study of the factors infuence teachers efficience, satisfaction survey, and need levels, come to a conclusion of the negative impact of rigid management. At the same time, this article studies the negtive influence of rigid management model from aspects of students, relation between teachers and students, knowledge structure, interests and efficiency of study. Finally, the implementation of flexible educational intervention in vocational are studied, and ways of approach was given to achieve flexibility intervention education. The conclusions of this paper on flexible education intervention in vocational education has much reference to similure colleges on regime reformation, personnel training, teachers’ management and culture construction.
