矿井常被人们称为矿山的咽喉通道,矿用提升机被广泛用于煤炭、冶金及其他矿山行业的矿井生产,是矿井运输的关键设备之一,它担负着矿山从井下到井上的所有运输任务,包括提升矿物、运送材料及井下设备、人员等繁重工作,所以矿用提升机的技术水平、可靠性不仅关系到矿井的生产能力和生产计划管理,而且直接关系到井下每个矿工的生命安全,而矿用提升机调速性能是整机性能好坏的重要指标。几十年来,各生产厂家只是在其机械结构及部件的改进提高上作了工作,并推出了许多更新换代产品,而在直接影响其性能的调速方面,尤其是在使用交流调速装置方面重视程度不够,总认为它是配套产品,地位不重要,因此矿用提升机电控技术一直处于较落后状态,几乎没有发展,导致高能耗和效率低的电动机转子串电阻调速装置一直占据主导地位,大大制约了其整机水平的提高。为此,分析矿用提升机交流电气传动装置的现状与发展前景,推出同国外先进技术水平相接轨的产品,提高其总体技术水平,是一项迫切的工作。 针对矿用提升机故障率高、安全系数低以及对生产已造成严重影响的现象,对矿用提升机采用先进的控制技术进行改造已经是势在必行。为了使矿用提升机控制系统具有先进的控制性能和高可靠性,本文采用了直接转矩的控制方法。直接转矩控制作为一种新型的交流控制系统,以其新颖的控制思想、简洁明了的结构、优良的动静态性能引起了大量国内外研究学者的注意,但直接转矩控制系统自身的不完善限制了其在矿用提升机上的应用。 本文将蚁群算法引入到直接转矩控制系统中,对其进行了完善,使其能够更好地应用到矿用提升机的控制系统上,具有一定的研究价值。

The mine pit is often called for the throat of the mine by the miners. The mineral hoist is widely used in the production of the coal, the metallurgy and other mineral. It is one of the essential mineral transportation equipments. It shoulders all transportation duty in the mine pit. Therefore the mineral hoists’ technical level and reliability is not only related with the mine pit productivity and the productive plan management, but also related with each miner's safety. And the velocity modulation performance is the important target of the mineral hoist quality. For several years each manufacturer doesn’t care the velocity modulation and the AC velocity modulation equipments. The control technology of the mineral hoist is laggard continuously. Therefore it is an urgent work that analyses the present situation and prospects of the mineral hoists AC velocity modulation equipments and promotes product which connects rails with the overseas advanced technology level. In view of the high failure rate and the low safety coefficient in the mineral hoist, it is already imperative to use the advanced control technology to the mineral hoist. In order to enable the mineral hoist control system to have the advanced control performance and the redundant reliability, the article uses the direct torque control method. The direct torque control method has novel control thought, the simple structure and the fine dynamic and static properties. But the direct torque control system’s own limitation limits its application on the mineral hoist. This article introduces the ant colony algorithms into the direct torque control system to apply it to the mineral hoist control system. It has a certain research value.
