随着信息技术的发展,高校越来越重视多媒体教学的建设。多媒体教学具有许多优点,也存在不少问题。以安庆师范学院为例,存在以下问题:出现故障和使用问题的频率大大增加;管理和维护工作日益繁重;多媒体教室现有设备和更换设备的查询和统计比较麻烦。针对安庆师范学院现状,本文设计了一个多媒体教学管理系统,并完成了初步建设。本系统提高了多媒体教室管理和故障维修的效率,能迅速处理各种信息,对多媒体设备运行信息进行采集和存储,并连接教务排课系统和一卡通系统,建立刷卡数据库,实现教师持校园一卡通方便快捷的刷卡上下课。
本文分析了国内外研究现状和安庆师范学院多媒体教学存在的种种问题,提出了多媒体教学管理系统的研究意义和系统的建设思路。本课题分为软硬件2个模块:硬件系统分为多媒体教室端设备和总控室服务器,教室端的控制核心是基于AT89S52芯片的多媒体网络中控单片机,通过校园网和总控室服务器通信;多媒体软件管理系统使用Delphi8.0和Socket设计,系统包括控制通讯模块、DHCP模块、刷卡数据库模块、摄像监控模块、设备信息采集、存储模块。本文着重探讨了基于教务管理系统和一卡通系统的刷卡模块的实现。最后,本文对该系统做了全面详细的测试。
本文的主要工作和研究内容如下:对安庆师范学院多媒体教学进行需求分析,为论文研究提供了设计方向;提出了一套多媒体教室的建设方案,并探讨了基于物联网的新型管理系统;开发了基于AT89S52的网络中控单片机,给出了具体的硬件设计图和软件流程图;多媒体教学管理系统的设计与实现;刷卡事情的触发;系统测试和改进。

With the development of information techniques, universities pay more attention to multimedia teaching than ever. Although their advantages are obvious, limitations can't be neglected. For example, there are three problems in this field at AnQing Teachers College. the frequency of equipment failure and usage problem is growing fast; the workload of management is heavy; it's not easy to inquire about installed or updated equipment in multimedia teaching rooms and get statistics. To address these problems, A multimedia teaching management system is designed and implemented in this work. It collects and saves multimedia device information. Users can improve the efficiency of multimedia teaching room management and equipment maintenance. This system is connected to class arrangement system and smart card system, so it is convenient for teachers to use multimedia device by swiping their cards.
In this paper the problems in multimedia teaching of AnQing Teachers College are analyzed and related work is reviewed. The motivation and plan of multimedia teaching management system are proposed. This work includes two parts: software and hardware. Hardware includes devices in multimedia teaching rooms and servers in central control room. Single-chip microcomputers, which are based on AT89S52, are cores of devices in multimedia teaching room. They communicate with servers in central control room by intranet; Multimedia teaching management system is developed by Delphi8.0 and Socket. It includes communication module, DHCP model, card swiping model, video surveillance model, device information collection and storage model, etc. The card swiping model, which is based on teaching management system and smart card system, is designed and implemented with more effort than others. Finally, tests show that the whole system works well.
Main contents of this work are listed as follows: analyzing the requirements of multimedia teaching of AnQing Teachers College; proposing a plan to build multimedia teaching room, and discuss a kind of new management system based on Internet of Things; giving design diagrams of hardware and software, and developing single-chip microcomputers based on AT89S52; implementing, testing and improving a multimedia teaching management system.
