近年来,煤炭工作“安全为了生产,生产需要安全”的口头语深入人心,基于一切从安全考虑,传感器的按时标校就显得格外重要,国家对矿用气体传感器检测有周期性的规定:“安全监控设备必须定期进行调试、校正,每月至少1次;甲烷传感器、便携式甲烷检测报警仪等采用载体催化元件的甲烷检测设备,每7天必须使用校准气体和空气样调校1次;每7天必须对甲烷超限断电功能进行测试。 矿用气体传感器检测系统就是根据国家安全生产监督管理总局出台的一系列矿用气体传感器的行业标准,经过检测矿用气体传感器正常工作时的信号输出值自动给出矿用气体传感器的显示值稳定性、基本误差、响应时间和报警功能测评结果,以便方便快捷地完成矿用气体传感器的周期性检测工作,保障煤矿生产安全。 本论文在研究矿用气体传感器检测原理的基础之上,设计了基于ARM9的检测系统和嵌入式打印系统两个部分,同时提出了与矿用气体传感器检测相适应的核心参数运算方法和运算程序。 检测系统由硬件电路和软件程序构成。其中,硬件电路分为三大模块:供电模块、信号处理模块和主控模块。每一模块又可以按功能划分不同的功能电路,如:供电模块又分为传感器供电(DC9~24V可调)、信号采集芯片供电(DC9V)、主电路供电(DC5V)、主控芯片和存储芯片供电(DC3.3V);信号处理模块分为信号采集电路、信号处理电路、信号存储电路和信号传输电路;主控模块则包含主控芯片电路、可控门电路。嵌入式打印采用ARM9作为数据采集,将检测数据通过微型打印机打印出来。 检测系统软件主要分为三大部分功能程序:通信接口管理程序、数据存储和链接程序、传感器检测结论运算程序。其中传感器检测结论运算程序作为本篇论文的重要部分集中在核心参数运算一章中进行了重点描述。

Mine gas sensor detection system is the basis of the state production safety supervision and Management Bureau issued a series of mine gas sensor industry standards, through the detection of mine gas sensor to work normally when the output value signals automatically gives mine gas sensor display the value of basic error, stability, response time and alarm functions evaluation results, in order to quickly and easily complete mine gas sensor - Periodic inspection work, guarantee the safe production of coal mine. Based on the research of coal mine gas sensor detection principle foundation, based on the design of the ARM9detection system and embedded printing system in two parts, at the same time put forward and mine gas sensor is adapted to detect the core parameter calculation method and program. Detection system is composed of hardware circuit and software program. Among them, the hardware circuit is divided into three modules: power supply module, signal processing module and main control module. Each module can be classified by function of different functional circuit, such as: the power supply module is divided into the sensor power supply ( DC9~24V adjustable ), signal acquisition chip power supply ( DC9V ), the main circuit power supply ( DC5V ), main control chip and the memory chip power supply ( DC3.3V ); signal processing module is divided into signal acquisition circuit, signal processing circuit, a signal storage circuit and a signal transmitting circuit; the main control module contains the main control chip circuit, a controllable gate circuit. Embedded printing using ARM9 as data acquisition, data will be detected by micro printer to print out. Detection of system software is divided into three main parts: communication interface function program management program, data storage and the linker, sensor detection conclusion operational procedures. The sensor detects the conclusion operational procedures as an important part of this thesis focused on the core parameter operation chapter were described in detail.
