摘 要 随着全球竞争加剧，风险管理显得尤为重要。通过风险管理不仅可以规避风险、减少损失，而且可以带来不可估量的巨大收益。风险识别是风险管理过程中最为重要的一环，如果不能有效的识别潜在风险，企业将遭受不可估量的损失。但是风险识别个体在同等客观条件下，识别风险的能力明显各不相同，其识别风险的效率也会不同，最终导致风险管理的效果产生很大差异。因此，本文对企业风险识别能力影响因素进行深入研究。 本文在查阅和研究大量国内外关于风险识别和能力理论文献的基础上，对风险识别能力影响因素进行了详细分析。主要的研究成果如下： 首先，根据国内外专家学者对能力理论的解释和研究，并结合风险识别过程的特点，首次界定了企业风险识别能力的基本概念。 其次，分析了风险识别能力的影响因素，利用焦点群体访谈和深度访谈经过层层筛选确定了风险识别能力影响因素的语句，设计出了测度风险能力影响因素的问卷，并进行了发放，通过对回收问卷数据的整理，再采用探索性因子分析对风险识别能力的题项进行了因素分析，进而根据分析结果确定了风险识别能力影响因素的测度模型。 最后，采用验证性因子分析（CFA）验证了风险识别能力影响因素测度模型的效度和信度，分析了模型的一致性和可靠性。再次验证了本研究的测度模型设计结构合理，题项可靠，可以测度和证明风险识别能力的影响因素。

ABSTRACT With exacerbation of global competition，risk management becomes particularly important. It can not only avoid risk，reduce loss， but also bring a lot of benefits. Risk identification is a most important part in risk management process.If enterprises can not effectively identify potential risks，it will suffer immeasurable loss. But different people have different capabilities in identifying risk when they face the same objective at different conditions. It differs their risk identification efficiency，which eventually comes to a result of effect in risk management with highly discrepancy. For above reasons, this paper studies in depth influence factors of enterprises risk identification capability. Based on many domestic and foreign researches about risk identification and capability theory，this paper analyzed the factors which affect the risk identification capability in detail. The main results are as follows: Firstly，according to the domestic and foreign experts’ studies on capability， combined the characteristics of risk identification process，it defined the basic concepts of enterprises risk identification capabilities for first time. Secondly，it analyzed the influence factors of risk identification capability， designed statements of influencing factors about the capability in risk identification by focus group interviews and in-depth interview，and issued a questionnaire which is concerned about influence factors of risk measurement capability. And then it made a model of risk identification capability after dealt with the questionnaires data and studied items which measure risk identification capability by exploratory factor analysis items. Finally，this paper tested the validity and reliability of model which measure influence factors of risk identification capability by confirmatory factor analysis. Final results proved model design is a reasonable structure，questionnaire items are reliable,model can be measured and proved the influence factors of risk identification capability.
